I've never grown that before, so I don't know how mold prone it is. I assume you are asking because it is mostly indica. I wouldn't worry about a sativa.
Is your only limitation your vertical space? Because if you have enough horizontally, I would just put out more clones every couple weeks, because if the first batch gets moldy, the second probably wont, and the third (starting more than a month from now) should be fine. Even if the first batch has a little mold, I would just make a batch of cannabutter with it anyway. Best case scenario is you get a harvest every couple weeks from now until the frost starts.

One more thing, Florida is close enough to the equator that you don't have to wait until this late in the year for most strains to stay small from clone. All the indicas, early sativas (like TFD Early Durban), and most hybrids will start to bloom whatever time of year you put them outside. Skunk and Haze will veg from around late April to mid August.
