WELL WISKY, I WAS EXPERIMENTING ON THE CLONE WITH IT IN COCO COIR INSTEAD OF MY FAVORITE SOIL OCEAN FOREST AND I HAVEN'T GOT IT DIALED IN YET DUE TO ONLY 1 PLANT. SO NEXT GROW IS 10 COCO, THEY GROW 5 TIMES BETTER FOR ME BUT I CAN'T SEEM TOO GET MY CM OR CHRONIC TOO STRETCH AT ALL, WHAT U VEG IT TO THATS WHAT YOU GET IT'S GOOD INDOORS, BUT THE OUTDOOR I'M DOING THIS TIME IS MY FAVORITE WHITE WIDOW THAT WAS SELFED 5 YRS AGO, AND I'VE HAD THOUSANDS OF SOME OF THE BEST WW FEM EVER, 100% FEMALES NEVER A MALE. ONLY FEMALE POLLEN WHEN I WANT IT I'LL JUST STRESS THE PLANT REAL BAD , AND IT'LL THROW NANNER'S .

Sorry wisky, I wasn't yelling I didn't see it until after I had replied. I have a question about my nutes, I have so many because every grow I do I try something new, I want to know out of what I have, is to ask you what should I do? I have both the old Dutch Master advanced, and DM Gold grow A&B and Flower A&B and Penetrator and Liquid light, then General Hydroponics full line, and B'Cuzz full line, and I do normally use B'Cuzz grow, flower, PK13/14, flavor and all very light as an addition to my normal grow and flowers schedule. I've done fox farms full line alot but don't have any left so, what would you do if you were I and also outdoors remember? With Calmag btw cuz FLA water sucks. Is there any way you can hit me back off the forum so I can ask for more additional help. cuz I do always have some type of nute or ph problems. I don't no 6.0 and I use less nutes then normal I guess I always go light. Thanks for your help if you can!!

Less Is More...best mantra for feeding. Im not familiar with the Bcuzz line. I am a Fox Farm kinda guy....been thinkin about changing that up.
Cal-mag in FL is almost a MUST...and I would water every day with the weather and heat we have been having. HUGE point to ask is whether you have them in pots or the ground. I got mine straight in the ground. well, its amended soil, I dug about 30in down, and ahve been using my own compost heap/pile.
I add nutes to the pile, and only FEED the OD plants once in veg, and 2 times at flower. Once at onset, and once a month in...other than that, WATER!!!
Just MHO, one of the OD guys can prolly help ya out more. This is my FIRST stint OD...lol

If you cant get cal mag use molasses ...great source of Mag and Cal...Peace

Guys, there is too much calcium in our water, unless you're using R/O. Florida is built on a limestone bed. Magnesium is what's deficient. Epsom's salts is much better than cal mag and you wont be using so much PH down.

SSH in the fog:joint:

I actually am just going back with dutch master gold, with b'cuzz grow & flower & pk 13/14 & flavor all are additives to your regular feeding schedule, you could go straight B'cuzz only with there B'Cuzz NRG line and the additives, which B'Cuzz is a plant exploder and the they swell, and the pk 13/14 makes your buds so dense like rock solids puts extra weight and I've done experiments with and without with the same clones and everything the same except the B'cuzz pk 13/14 the plants gain an extra 1/2 to and oz per plant just using they additives!
Wisky, I'm going to veg under the MH in my hydro machine which I start with on seedlings because they stay Short, and the nodes stay way closer and almost like they become short and so beefy, and grow twice as fast in it, and then I'll wait till there roots are at least 3-4 inches, and them put them in 5 gallon Fox Farm Ocean Forest and plant them into the ground is it better to do it this way or just dig hole for my 5 gallon pot and plant the 5 gallon in the ground. what should I do? Whats the best for the watering situation, cuz I won't be able to get out the everyday and water, but since I'm so close to the beachs and in the my area gets so much rain during this time of year, due to the 50% chance to rain everyday over here even more, so what would be better, straight into the ground with the Fox Farm Ocean Forest, and mend into ground, or just put whole pot into the ground and make slits into the pot so roots can grow out and excess water will come from other vegetation around here, what do you think I should do ? Anyone's advise would help because I have no idea first grow outdoors.

You need a lot of compost to get our soil to usable standards. I use 10-15 gallons per plant for trees and 5 for smaller. I dig out 3.5 ft wide and 18 in deep.

You can bury the pot, the roots will find water. You just need to water every 2-3 days, even if it rains for the first few weeks. Plants tend to umbrella off any rain. I'd suggest doing this because it's kinda late in the game.

what he said....

And thanks for the cal knowledge JR! Like I said, new to OD myself...and knew it needed cal-mag....now I know its just mag!

Yeah Whiskey, you won't have any cal issues outdoors. I water from my garden house, no ph'ing, and don't ever have issues.
Caterpillars are another story...

B.T (Bacillus Thuringiensis) works wonders for caterpillars. You can find the B.T at Ace Hardware.

What else works well is garlic/hot pepper oil. I dedicate 50sq ft. of my veggie garden just for habeneros and jalapenos. I usually cook them with garlic in vegetable oil in a big ass pot and end up with a big bottle of pepper oil. I then mix it with neem 50/50 and douse the plants top to bottom. This spray will keep most anything at bay, even deer. Goes good in chili too.

Thing is, they don't give me much of a problem early in flower, a few chewed leaves is all. But when buds start swelling to the point where the stem isnt visible, the fuckers go up into that area and little leaves and bud around them start to die and rot, causing mold/bud rot.
I just go out every morning and look for chewed leaves and caterpillar shit, lol.
Do you spray the area or the plant?

For caterpillars i've read Praying Mantis's a couple will fix that, and for bugs and any bug problems, then you get ladybugs a whole batch all from the grow shop, and to keep the ladybugs on your plants and not wonder is with this all organic powder called honeydew that you sprinkle on the BIG leaves and they stay on you plants cuz it's food, and when they see any bug they spring into action even for spidermites, fungas nats, and so much more . If all else fails then you go ahead and get the safer garden 3in1

Yea I'm worried about canes. For you guys who grew back in 04, did you just lose crops or were you running a generator? My Kali's are almost done and considering the height of cane season is approaching, I'm debating on whether I should postpone my next grow for a couple months as I don't have the extra cash to buy even a cheap generator

Never got any replies so I'm curious depending on your setup of course, what type of generator would you guys run so that you can not only power the grow but some household necessities.

Considering how easily I lose power here, I'm seriously concerned about this so any help would be appreciated
