harlequin is the closest thing to what it sounds like you want if I'm not mistaken swamp. supposed to a medical strain, low thc, high cbd and the description I read was almost verbatim for what you are describing. not sure if its available in seed form or not, might be clone only but search it up and see if it sounds about right to you. what I read on it was here btw, this isn't what I read but some info on it

Gage Green has Harlequin in some things. I got some freebies from somewhere of Harlequin JO which its been used in.

Hugh - yes Harlequin along with some other strains (sour tsunami, Charlottes Web) seem be on the high CBD side, however I have not seen a seed bank offering seeds. Appears to be clone only at the moment. CBD crew has some seeds available. Hoping for Harlequin seeds in the near future. Pennywise is a Harlequin cross, most companies seem to be out of stock at the moment.
More strains with higher CBD levels are in the works it seems, hopefully seeds to follow.

It's official: The Supervisors of Elections have validated enough of our submitted signatures to place us on the ballot in November - more than the 683,149 we needed and in the required number of congressional districts.

This is an amazing feat. I have to admit, less than a year ago I never thought we'd see this day - but thanks to your support and hard work, we were able to make history together. I want to thank everyone involved in this campaign - particularly our staff, donors, petition collectors and volunteers - for making this possible.

The only thing holding up official certification and placement on the ballot is the ruling by the Florida Supreme Court, which could come anytime between now and April 1.
