You know part of me wants to be selfish and just hit the female I've got and continue on with my project ... then another part looks at that frosty stud and compares it with the look of say like the DMT male and I wonder... how to re-veg or clone a male? or if I should, because trichomes on a male aren't that big of a deal or are they I don't know.

SamS posted a thread about reversing a male to test potency and you may get insight if there is anything you can do other than save pollen or keep a clone alive.

id assume the male clones normal if not already in flower but why wont it re-veg?

Cheeb.... I tried once to re-veg a male and it didn't work, dude just finished flowering and died even under 24/0. it's still worth another shot I think.

I'm going to do it... I'm nervous though. I plan on chopping the tops... put them in water clone style to let the flowers finish to get that pollen and throw the rest of him back in the veg box on 20/4. If it doesn't revert in a couple of weeks I'll let him finish up then... I'm nervous. don't want to screw this up.

Windy and Coba, I had 5 female GQ f2's.....4 phenos out of the 5. One was very very berry smelling....but this particular one has a nasty kind of smell....cheese or rotting meat I pick up on....a friend also picks up pine in there somewhere. Very good hard hitting smoke. Due to cloning / timing issues at the time I have no cuts...but do have some more seeds to pop sometime in the future.

buckets....the seeds thing really is enjoyable. found out yesterday that hicksticky has 5 of my first and only batch of seeds (so far, lol) vegging @ week 5 already...doing well and no issues. now i am excited to see pics of them and have to wait until the end of the week

So far everything in the garden is looking good and coming along. The WTF OG's are workin on their 3rd leaf sets, unfortunately they stretched a bit because I had to dial the LED height in but they are doing fine just a bit tall. May have to swap the T5 in for veg instead well see.

So far its looking like WTF OG, Darlins Net, Purple Elephant x SourD/Chameleon Kush, GG#4 S1, Animal Breath, and Crucial BBQ this run. The Darlins net were above the ground overnight after they had taps and were planted. Definitely good fresh seed stock. The Crucial BBQ's were the same way. Hopefully no more duds. If so then I will be trying to figure out what strain to pop next. lol


Got my package of Puma/Jaws gear today with some suprises. Since I already posted the list I will post the ones that I wasn't expecting and he hooked it up on the X-Mas bud seeds. Also got a sick shirt to rep the Jaws Seed brand in FL!! Got 12 packs total when I was only expecting 9 packs. I cant wait to run these although I am going to have one hell of a time picking which ones I want to run. I fucked up and sold my last pack of his Banana Kush F5 seeds I had so I was very happy to see he tossed in the IBL's.
