yeah it started off with rot. they suffered some damage on the way to me, and i shoulda started off with a dome but i didn't. they all wilted down on day 3. then i took em all and revived em in the fridge and recut, and i've been going through one at a time till they all die. lol. i'm down to this last one. and believe it or not. i think it's gonna make it.

is that how you tell the dangerous ones? round vs slitted eyes?

yeah man, among other things ... sometimes you don't want to get that close ... girth is another tell tell sign in most of these harmful snakes. harmless snakes tend to stay thin and most poisonous snakes will grow wide and girthy. Pygmy rattlers and coral snakes still stay thin though.


you know what, here's how naive I've been ... I didn't think Florida had copperheads until I just looked it up. found this informative site. Florida's Venomous Snakes

The range might extend to other nearby areas, but there are no confirmed records from other Florida counties. Outside Florida, the species ranges north to Massachusetts, and west to Texas and southeastern Nebraska.

lime?...correct,yes i do,these girls were very tattered when i had them going,basically wanted to snag some clones,and then just see what i could get off them,all ive heard is good things about that HB,guess time will tell have a couple others, that arent looking so great,im gonna get new dirt on them as well into a bigger container,things got a little messy on me at one point....straightening all that out at the moment thou....LOL, still pretty hood like thou..

unreg, I'd suggest topping that pre-98 bk. Would yield a lot more assuming that's not the s1 cut, as I've never grown the s1. Untopped it resulted in golf ball size great nugs with fantastic effect, smell like earth (dwc grown). One of my favs ever for sleeping, friends don't like it due to couch lock.
