I agree that flowering clones will NOT be uniform due to the branching but I still disagree on the timeline for re-veg.
I know I am new and am only on my 3rd grow ATM, but, I did a side by side with flowering and vegetative clones, 2 times now, and the flowering clones after 5 weeks from cut were bigger and further along than the clones cut from the veg mother. If you top your vegetative clones at all then the slight extra veg time is completely eliminated. Most people are topping 2-4 times adding weeks to the veg time. Remember no need to top a clone taken in flower. So perhaps in a SOG setting where you are only vegging for 2 weeks before flipping then then flowering clones are not a good option but if you are veging plants to any size beforehand then Topping is actually slower than taking clones in flower.
Yes initial veg growth looks weird with all the single leaf branches but it IS back in veg state once those single leaves start growing stems. At 5 weeks from cut my flowering clones have been over 24" tall and ready for flower. If it was taking 30 days to re-veg this could not be the case.
I am not saying that taking clones after flower is right for everyone. The plants many branches are thinner and therefore need more support in late flowering. As you stated the plants are not uniform but with a scrog net you can keep a nice flat canopy. Only thing I am saying is that in MY limited experience it is a fallacy that it takes flowering clones a long time to re-veg.

our ideas of whats ready for flower may vary but there is a reveg time and it slows things down, and again, small buds,lots of trimming,cant stress that enough.
Also topping doesn't throw the brakes on vegging either, I may lose 3 days of vert growth from topping but during that time auxins are shooting other branches up filling out my plant ,from there I pinch which is a daily thing. the veg pic is about 30 days from a clone rooting and sitting under a t5 topped once and pinched on the regular to get the shape I want. My only reason for saying anything was the way you stated your observations as fact, you're not the only new person and folks come here to learn, facts are facts. your plants look good but revegging isn't usually a desirable method of growing, unless you have plenty of excess time and like small buds that take longer to trim

got done taking 30 clones....15 grape stomper og / 15 la affie x fire og.....i also got 2 grape stomper bx in plugs waiting for roots. im excited to run the gs bx next to the gs og to see how they compare.

If I were in stand still position in flower ware I did have to move my plants I would do a trellis and weave everything weeks one through three and then clean everything under the trellis off and 0 larf. Ive seen it many times it maximizes your tops because ever node grows up making more colas. And something happens as well all those tops become rock hard. I move my plants mid flower so I cant do a trellis and the numbers change so I cant do an individual trellis I tried..
My buddy makes his trellis ike this maximizing his space with more coverage of tops.

Im perpetual so no Veg in the flowering room...
Its my set up to move my plants. I start my plants off under #2 x600 watts in #1 4x8 for the first 4 weeks (lights kept tight to the plants) (I call these the Pre Tables) then weeks 5-finish (I try to always run ladies finished 56-63days) So week 5 I move them under #4 x1150 watts (up high and allot of spread) I open the plants up and split them into #2 4x8 to finish (call these the Finishing Tables). Same day I reload the Pre Tables lose 0 time. This saves me electric and maximizes my yield/output 0 larf. Everything explodes and gets hard in the Finishing Tables with allowing the plants to be separated to finish and the added wattage.
Im very unconventional while this would not make sense to many why not use the same wattage over all the tables and not move the ladies but it works these are things Iv learned that work for me over the years which I would like not to mention how many lol...

Not a florida native, but i am traveling to florida in a few weeks intrested in talking with some people about how things are down here i am a licensed michigan medical marijuana caregiver and patient. I notice florida is not a legal state as of right now just wondering anything good to know traveling with the wife and kid to the panama city area for a week. Hopefully someone can help me out with some info on things in that area
If you don't already have a hook up waiting for you here in Fla then good luck finding weed in the street. The areas where it can be found are not the areas you want to travel w/children. Know what i mean?
My advise; pack your own. Concentrates are easier to travel with.
And if you get caught down here, make sure your wife has bail $$$ because you WILL go to jail.
