flir helecoptor over my house three times today

ok im a little concerned i am being f.l.i.red three times today chopper flys over with flir flashing a white light at my house..i have a small grow 600 watts flower 150 watts veg...can they detect my grow...im sealed no exhaust out of my house..i hear they bust you by the venting which i have none..any thoughts are appreciated..i know they have to have a warrant to be doing this scan legally...correct? if i film these fly overs and they have no warrant can i just shut down my grow and sue there ass for violating my rights?im really pissed been having a lot of trouble with thieves and now police...i dont want to shut down my grow fuck this sucks..any advice is appreciated

Flir uses ultra-violet light. You can't see it. That white light must be a spotlight. Is it only lighting your house? Other houses near you?

Seriously there is no way in hell they are using a helicoptor to reveal your 600w grow...lmao. Although it really depends on your area... you said you have theives? Is there crime in your area? If they are after you they won't come by with helicopters and ploice blaring their sirens... that would not make sense.

Honestly though you can never be too careful, there really isn't anything you can do besides rip down your grow, which would suck if they aren't after you. I figure by you deciding to grow, you have decided to take the risk... either rip up your grow or take a chance and wait... I really think your just being paranoid... if they use that many resources to find your small ass...what a waste of tax money...

This is the newest helicopter in the D.P.S. fleet. This helicopter has a 30 million candle power "Night Sun", FLIR thermal imager, Global Positioning System, a patient litter for medical transports, police radios, and long line / water rescue gear.
The primary mission of these aircraft are as follows:

Twin-engine airplane: Long distance and expeditious movement of specialized law enforcement personnel and equipment to the scene of law enforcement activities, or natural disasters. Transportation of prisoners, witnesses of criminal activities and general transportation of key personnel.

Helicopters: Search and rescue operations, manhunts, domestic marijuana eradication programs, medical emergencies, searches for stolen property, and transportation and deployment of criminal assault teams.

Single-engine airplanes: Covert aerial surveillance of criminal activities and pursuit and/or tracking of air smuggling activities.

While each category of aircraft has it's own primary mission they also have overlapping responsibilities and are utilized as each situation dictates.

Brainthor the US supreme court says its a no no for law enforcement to do that,it couldnt be used in court.As for them doing it covertly I really truly doubt that,especially with a grow your size man.You have to understand with a few square miles of you there are other people with larger grows,unless you live in bumfuck.For a copter to get off the ground and illegally use flir for a personal grow is just a bit too much to fathom.

If they were to be using FLIR from an expensive to operate chopper, it's because they would be trying to find and hunt down big ol' Grizzly Bear's not Lil' ol' Bunny Wabbits.
A garden utilizing well under a thousand watts total generally qualifies as pretty small game, not to mention being an relatively unnoticable increase in overall electrical consumption.

Now that lady with the twelve kids and that gas hot water heater and her hot laundry room with the clothes dryer running and venting away constantly, now she's got the kind of radiant and plume signature to worry about.

If your room is relatively cool as to the rest of the dwelling, so are you (cool).
