mhm maybe you forget it yukon ... i hope my Blockheads on the balcony dont start to flower immedeately as i held them in 24H Veg , i have to reduce it to 18h´s as 24 is a bit expensive with the new 400watter instead of the 250 ...

hey fj, lookin good.

currently flowering two unknown sativa's (guessing ~80% sativa) that has been under 12/12 for 14 days now. what's puzzling me is that there are barely any hairs coming out, only like one set at each node. i assume it is going to take a while to finish, but usually by the second week my plants have a lot more hairs than that... is this just the sativa side of the genetics doing its thing? just wondering...

tfb's are on their 4th node now :D indica doms cept the stunted one is still to little to tell (it is just finishing it's 3rd node)

thanks!

jep this is a sat trait to start the flower very slowly .... ; for me now , the Kali hybrids are much faster in the onset of bracts and the JS finishes much faster up and both keeper clones are on par now in the last part of their flowering period.

mhm my 6th Tfb died on the balcony i dont know why she was dead at soil line ....
dont know why but the indoor Tfb are doing fine to say the least and all others too  i think its just bad luck this season :smoke: + dont care , if i dont find that what i want , i´ll keep on searchin´ more enough beans are here :hotbounce:

no wonder they are dying off :) 11c to 27 is a big range, i think they like to stay above 15. I keep em around 25 right now (cuz they're babies)

ogrefugee - as u sure can understand there is a lot of difference between optimal tempratures/conditions - and whats necesary for keeping a plant living.

canabis sativa grows slower under 17 degrees celsius - and fastest at around 25 - with a few factors affecting like CO2 content in the air for example. but it can take temps down to almost 0 c. here outdoors ive seen they can handle to up to 53 celsius, however at those extreme temps not much of growth is happening.

hope this clears up some confusion

any TFB updates FJ?

...also any advice on how to save a plant 2 weeks into flower that looks almost dead from an accidental overwatering? Its 1 of only 3 plants that I have flowering right now.

Hi yukon

I would gently bare root her and plant her in plain sand, and in relatively dim light ( I'd go as low as 20-40 watt blue flouro ). Water her with 1/4 str veg nutes. Adding Cannazyme, Sensazyme, or Hygrozyme will help root health too. You shouldn't need to water for at least a week, maybe 2. They should pick up again in a week and be going strong in 2. At that point you can decide what you want to do as far as final transplant. If she needs longer than 2 weeks recovery I'd put her down...

Just a suggestion - why don't you start a thread for your grow?

Good luck!

id do same as mr green jeans - besides id put the plant back to veg untill its going well again and THEN back to flowering.

i dont have access to plain sand so im gonna just let it dry out for a week or so, and maybe hit it w/ a weeeee bit of MG and a drop of superthrive....I cant really take it out of flower as I dont have room in my veg area right now.

thanks for the advice guys....I made a thread to figure it out in the infirmary since i dont wanna jack FJ's thread...it was off topic, and I should have posted there in the first place....sorry FJ.

Both X13thai keepers are fattening up heavy @ 60 days the flavors they release ... simply like a tropical fruit salad, very fruity and spicy like a wet forrest with rotten wood :yummy: i cant wait untill they ready to be chopped/dryed and "oh yes" a cure at least for +30 days (this is the Fj-4 week minimum cure for very sat/haze influenced ladies)
sorry no pix @ the time as i gave the cam to a friend for visiting Rome, he´ll be back at monday 1st and then ill make some more ...

Tfb outdoor: the last 4 which remained after the drought :pointlaug
are happy in the sun .... they are @ 3rd node very uniform in habitus and leaf form/serration and size.

Hog outdoor :now shes rooting heavy in 6.5l Pro Mix , got a FIM job last week to promote hedge-growth :yoinks:
--- indoor: cloned 10 cuttings from the mom which became a bush in the last 3 weeks under the 400watter :chin: maybe i should have used it earlier ...

Blockhead clones: 21 clones already rooted and got their home in small pots , just waiting for the others to get ready and then for a nice 4 week veg/train&trim under the 400

SweetPurple male (green/purple pheno) :starts to flower on balcony i started to pick of very carefully not to spread an pollen over the other fems, he´s a stinker like hell more smelly than 4 clones with the same size next to him , i hope he´s a good mate for making Hog a bit earlier than 1-15th Oct because not every year the 1st of Oct is free of frost here in my region ...
this cross is for a good friend of mine who is an outdoor guerilla grower as his status makes him unable to grow indoor , he´s growing in the woods with holes of good soil and wood chips on top to make the perlite unvisible (100 % organic not nessesary to say :joint: )
i will keep the half of the beans to start some indoor and some the next season + they will get tested by some friends of mine in + out

Sp fem : theres a topped one, she shows some little bracts as preflowers :woohoo: very indica style leafes and hedge like growth in 1-2 weeks ill start her train & bending action to keep her guerilla like...

Blockhead grapefruit pheno: i threw two clones of it outdoors to fill the empty slots of the tfbs and they started growing like mad in their 4L of soil ... very citrusy smell and dark foliage very branch growing style , so i think ill train her to 8 strong branches and a heavy top :chin:

Fj
PS:its time to start the 1st BBQ this year ....
