Hello id like to introduce my self to this site ☺️. I just started growing pot for the first time late Nov of 2024 . I'm day 50 in from sprout on my first plant ever . OG Kush feminized from RQS .
Using Fox farms Ocean Forest / Happy from as my medium .
Lighting I'm using the Vivosun Areolight SE 100w led. Currently resting in three gallon Fabric pot.
Using the Vivosun SGS in a 2*2*4 tent . She came out a trifoliate and had a slow start but is now flourishing. You may notice a slight nitrogen toxicity that's now healing . I have applied LST and even tho this is not recommended in veg I defoliated lower smaller branches unable to reach good light. Let me know what y'all think . Am I growing at a decent rate?

Welcome to IC.

This is absolutely no problem in veg.
The plant has plenty of time to recover from it.
You can do LST and snap big fan leaves to get more light to lower branches and stimulate growth this way. At some point the branches will be too thick to train them. :)

Hey there gemgrows, learning to grow is a work in progress, your off to a good start.

My suggestion to all new growers...keep a personal grow journal and enter as much information as you can regarding the grow.
I recently used my journal to refresh myself on blending soil mixes.

Thankyou oldmaninbc, I use the Vivosun app for a journal .they have awesome features that allows you to record everything from nutes to LST . it's really helping me keep watering and nutes on point . But since you said something I don't think it'll hurt to have a physical journal too just for long-term .
