Made some progress on my veg cabinet. Still gotta put some doors on, throw the 4ft T5 in, air flow, and test for light leaks. Was able to use leftover plywood from building the room.

Hey Kizane, sorry for the delay. Haven't had a chance to get on here lately. I'm far from a seasoned grow pro... just a guy that reads a lot and takes his sweet time.
That said, if I personally was restricted to a 6x6 space I probably wouldn't try to do a perpetual grow. If I had to though, I would build a 3x3 cabinet in the bottom right corner of your diagram. Not sure what media or system you'd plan on using for your veg cab. I'm planning on using 10 gallon storage containers with 3 babies in each. You'd be able to fit two no prob as they're typically about 16"x24". Or do one for babies and then use the rest of the space for a mother.
Basic needs would be flat white paint or reflectix (see pic below), two small oscillating fans, T5's to cover as much surface area as possible, small 4" fan and filter with ducting venting not into the main room but outside of it, and an 8" darkroom louver for your passive intake. You could probably get away with something less elaborate, but I'm the type of guy who likes to cover all his bases in a project like this.
Again, this is just my 2 cents of what I've gathered from reading a bunch of different sources. This is my first grow other than closet-type spaces. Here's a photo of my veg cab when I was in the middle of putting up Reflectix with Super 77 a few days ago. That stuff works great!
