Nice job mate! Keep us updated, can't wait to see your babies in the next weeks!
Fuck these lights...
All they have done is gave me headaches.
The buds are the same size as last week.
Decided to keep the tent doors open and put them both down to 400 watts.
Things appear to be worst than last round lol.
Didn't take any pictures because I didn't see the point.
We'll see if the lights are the issue in the next week or so.
Honestly ready for this round to be over.

Sad to hear mate, hope the things get better with your lights problem.
You think the Gavitas are causing issues themselves or issues from the heat generated? I’ve heard a couple people say you lose power exponentially when you dim a HID bulb, for example, a 750w bulb dimmed to 400w is probably closer to 300w of light output (totally made up numbers). Instead, you run a 400w bulb with the ballast set at 400w, 600w bulb at 600w, etc. I could be totally wrong and I have never tried to test this theory, but I have heard it more than once so it might be something to take into consideration if you aren’t getting the density you’re expecting. Hope ya get her figured out!
Looking back through the thread, I think your veg time was a tad short. I’m also a firm believer that you should acclimate them to the highest wattage available as quickly as possible upon entering flower especially if moving from a non-hid veg area. I don’t see any signs of heat or light stress, are you seeing anything we aren’t in the pictures? I think if I were in your shoes I would stick with the 3gal pots, give another week of veg and blast those ladies with the light as soon as they can handle it. Don’t give up hope, it’s just a learning experience especially with new lights.
What's your humidity there? Sounds strange to be having light stress with a 400 3 feet away.... Then again I've never used gavitas either. Do you ever measure your run-off ppms? I just had a problem with salty coco, over 500ppms. Nothing like thoroughly flushing tons of plants, boo! Good luck though, bud. Having problems with the garden is never fun, but solving them and gaining the experience makes you feel even better than a flawless crop. (for me anyway) keep on keeping on brother
Sexy buds buddy! don't mind the yield, the quality looks very promising! Can't wait for the smoke report!
