Oh shit really? Damn that must have sucked. Sorry Trypp didn't see this post. but hey now you can share with an update LOL.
Ok Hey all heres an update on the ladies.
So here are pictures of the Hillbilly kush, and Medman's Silver Skunk BX1. The hillbilly's are starting to grow nice flowers and are getting quite tall. They've grown to about 30" now. The three taller plants to the left are the Kush the shorter two in the back are the BX1.

Hey all back again with another picture update. These pictures are of my hillbilly kush triplets. I switched them to 12/12 on May 12th and I'd say pistils showed up about a week later. So Id safely say their going into their 3rd week of flower this coming Monday. They really surged and the top colas have really packed on some growth. They are also getting really great nodal and off shoot budding. Here's the pics.

So Screwed!

So I've come to the conclusion that I ruined the main growth shoot on my Sativa when the lamp slid down and burned her top. I thought at first that it just dried out the few leaves that are on top but as she continues through her flower I am noticing that her main cola is not growing up. The flower is growing thicker and the pistils are getting thick and turning an orangish color but there is no further growth like on my other females. My other ladies top colas are growing and extending upward but the sativa has form like a ball bud on top that is starting to turn out like a plum sized round bud.
What does everyone think? Am I nuts or what?

They just started their 3rd week of flowering and they have already grown at an astounding rate. The aroma is changing from a super skunk smell to a softer skunk mixed with a fruity aroma. I don't know if its the flowers changing or what but It is certainly pleasant. Here's some picture of what's going on.

Trypp you are right. @Evo the plants aren't actually stretched its just the way the picture looks I cut off the rest of the plant with the camera. The One that looks really stretched is the Sativa. She just continued to climb and climb regardless of how close the light was I had to keep raising it or she would grow right into it lol.

Oh yeah, especially the sativa she is really frosting up. But the buds on the hillbilly kush are growing fast and are starting to frost up nice also. I cant wait until harvest Its going to be great. This is actually my first ever harvest so I hope I don't screw it up. I haven't decided yet whether to wet or dry trim but I think that I have the curing process down and I'm prepared. I've got my large jar and a hydrometer to go into the jar so I'm expecting good things. These last 4-5 weeks cant go fast enough lol.

I am interested in the hillbilly kush. Kabookie's gear is looking better and better to me. You can't beat it for the price.
The hardest part in the harvesting, drying, and curing stage is patience. I only have one harvest under my belt and for me, the hard part was keeping my hand out of the cure jar. I bought a half oz to keep me entertained while waiting. I started getting into the jar after a week and the whole jar was gone after 3 weeks lol. I can say that the longer it was in there the better it tasted, I wished I would've left it for another month.
