caught up with the ladies and wow. i'm only more impressed every time i see them
right now they've only been under a 400 HPS + 250 HPS but they've been growin like monsters.

even the scrog of runts is startin to fill out.
these hangers are perfect for hanging lights. you can lower/raise them from 3-6 ft and they're on wheels. so you could move your plants/lights around easily. in my case, i'm going to have a 400 MH on one and 600 HPS on the other and just trade off their placement. if you wanna be a stoner and not even build a tent, then just throw panda film over those clothes racks and BAM.

wow turteltron, my hats off to you man, using coco in DWC is not something i would have dared lol. but your plants are healthy and vigorous as hell so it's obviously working. can't wait to see the flowering phase though, will be educational.
by the way maybe get some plastic pots of the same size and cut out the bottoms, leaving a small ledge for the coco pots to sit on. might stabilize things for you?

anyone else wake up and find that "oh wait, i didn't actually hit submit post last night. i woke up after hitting preview and went to bed." in any case...
i tried to clone a strain called ROFLCOPTER.
heh. there was a pump failure, so i'm going to have to take another round. was wondering, any warning against taking cuttings in the first week of 12/12?
gaius - si, was considering that for the next run/design after seeing the 2" pots for neoprene necks. the dwcOcO pot feels like it's gonna explode, could definitely use some buffer on the round plastic edge.

this run has been kinda crazy, not so much according to plan, so many moves and the environment not being setup completely. but i can't wait for the next run... oh yes. i was gifted a purple afghan kush yesterday that i'll be mothering for the next show.

hola people. months later. after dealing with life/moving/etc. here i am. i bring you... the results on using cocopots as net baskets. yeah, i know, it's not like the most amazing discovery or anything but it did work.
so the ladies were in veg for about 4 weeks. and then came down around the end of june. unfortunately i was in a temporary space and didn't expect to fight powdery mildew. ugh.
i ran cha ching + carbo load + sweet + cal mag + house & garden aquaflakes + h&g bud XL. the final yield on the single DWC was a little under 8 zees. i don't think i ran the best drying method... which i will not even go into. ha! but the buds didn't come out as flavorful as i would have hoped. i did run a flush for the final week n a half or so with RO only. but i think the PM definitely hurt the final product, cos in the jars there was a slight... vinegar sort of smell? i didn't take any final bud pics, though.
in any case, i will have a new medical room coming up soon... maybe later today.
