Totally unlegal, but our crave for meds surpasses fear of law. If you have small amount of plants and just for your personal use, you should get minor penalty(fines, probation), but if they look, that you do business with mj, it may turn into major penalty, which is jail sentence. Ofc it is not always that clear and simple, but usually.
