As promised

Good afternoon tribe.
I promised an exciting jungle update and here it is. We have a new member of the tribe and he is of the furry four legged variety. I'm proud to introduce you to the new jungle pup, Eggo (like the frozen waffles). He is a mixed breed, not even sure what breeds, but has a beautiful brindle coat. He is about 2 years old. He is potty trained and knows basic commands like sit, shake, lye down. He is a good sized dog, 75 pounds, very strong and healthy. He loves people and has been a great friend to me while I've been resting. He is very playful but also loves to snuggle up and chill. We are still getting to know each other but he seems to be really happy in his new home. He and my wife get along really well and we couldn't be happier. After a few months without a dog we are delighted to have his company. Here are a couple pics of him (more to come in the future).

Hey Fiddynut - great looking friend you've got their, really happy for you. and perfect age, young enough to still train, but a lot of the hyper puppy should be almost grown out of by now, or soon. I also really enjoyed your harvest report, nice looking buds you ended up with. I am going to cut down 4 of the 6 girls this week-end, I took some new pictures this morning and will post on my thread later, just had to drop in here first and I saw your new Pup and wanted to say congratulations.

i like what you are serving up fiddy, that plate looks like its brimming with some nice weed
are you going to flower out your mother plants?
eggo is an awesome dog my man! he is a big pup and looks very smart
you can see it in his eyes and im sure you guys have a lot of great times ahead of you!
be sure and take it easy and dont rush yourself back to work too soon
those tacos sound off the hook bruh
good meat with fresh onion,av' and sour cream cant be beat

as long as the cuttings are able to stand tall and arent too wilted after the first week you are pretty much in the clear rode
i like to scrape a little of the woodyness of before i dip when i use the thicker branches
are you going to throw a net over the canopy for your scrog or just bend the plants
sounds like you will have a full garden here if you are going to run four of each strain, but that just means a fat harvest down the way
very interested in your thoughts re leds too my man!
keep us posted
any plans for the holidays yet?

Greetings friends.

We are having a heat wave (lol) here, almost 40 degrees and mid 40's predicted for the weekend. It hasn't been this warm here since October. I'll take it and a little sun would be just fine too. It was nice to get a car wash today and get the salt off my ride.

@rocker. Thanks man! Eggo is great for his age. He still has some pup in him but not too much for us and is mature for his age, unlike me haha. I'm glad you liked the harvest report. Overall I'm glad I grew the strain and ready to move on to another. I saw pics on your thread today and I'm digging what I'm seeing but I'll comment more over there.

@pop_rocks. As you can probably see I'm getting a little lazy with the trimming but not a bad run. Not my biggest but not the smallest either. Nice potency and some variety of flavor. Can't complain. I'm not growing the moms out they were way too big and I'm ready for the next strain. I'm actually excited about the gorilla bubble that I'll be flipping in a week or so.
You are so right about Eggo's eyes. I've found that dogs that can express things and communicate with their eyes are great dogs. We are really getting to know each other and I couldn't be happier.

im glad you found a new friend brother
eggo looks like a great dog and if he is half as cool as he sounds you really hit the jackpot
its nice you got him now when you can be home with him during the day
how many strains are you planning on going with this next session?
sounds like a nice weekend in store for you and i hope the nice weather sticks around
its all relative and i bet 40^ is downright toasty for where you aere at
me and the mrs went for a nice walk last night and had so much fun checking out all the cool christmas decorations
we plan on going for another walk this saturday night and i cant wait
the led displays seem to be really popular but i like all christmas lights
you know we are going to get blazed before we leave the house and i will roll up a number or two for the walk
i might end up taking the day after christmas off after all and am so looking forward to the holidays!
i am in a good spot as far as the gifts go so i am ready to sit back and enjoy the rest of the year
when do you plan on going back fiddy?
be sure to just keep taking it easy man even after you get back to work and get better friend!
have have a great football game tonight between the top ranked kc chiefs and la'cocs of carson
the chiefs are red hot behind the young gun mahomes and can put up points even tho they lost their star rb
the chargers are being led by old man rivers and sport a hot young rookie on defense (derwin james)
it should be a fun, high scoring game
hope you wrap up your week strong f'nut

Hi All and a HAPPY FRIDAY to you all, we made it.

Fiddy, I gotta say the more I look at eggo, the more I miss having a dog, just to much work travel these days, but the wife and I have been discussing the possibility for the future. My brother just bought a house and the lady he bought from gave him one of her dogs, she had 3 and was downsizing and couldn't take em all, it is a small little guy, but a new buddy for my bro. Nothing like a dogs companion ship. I am excited to hear about how you all do together, it looks very promising. And thanks for dropping by my girls, I am going to check the trichs tonight and make a decision, kind of leaning on watering em good and letting sit in darkness a week, or a combination, of hanging and sitting in darkness, all in the tent.

pop rocks - I forgot all about the Chargers playing last night, watched a recap online, and damn that looks like it was a great finish, damn them for screwing SD though. Hope you have a great weekend, enjoy the lights.

Greetings friends.

Happy Friday and I hope all are well.

@pop_rocks. I've got clones from 3 seed plants of gorilla bubble going next round. Since it's a bx1f1 and not very worked yet there are a lot of variance in them and I've got 3 very diffrent looking girls. I'll get pics up soon.
Yes 40 felt spring like today. The sad part is that 40 is close to normal temps for us this time of year but it's been way below average for so long that it feels warm. Maybe we will get a month or 6 weeks of above average temps to help even things out.
I've been walking Eggo morning and night and I'm checking the lights out as well, especially on the evening walks. I see that there are all kinds of fancy projections and LED stuff but I like the old fashion lights the best too. I'm glad you and the Mrs are getting out for walks, and walks with joints are my favorite.
I didn't get to watch the game last night but I hope it was a good one! I hope your week finished strong and you are enjoying the start to a great weekend and a cocktail or two!

@rocker. Dogs are great but the freedom of not having one is nice too. Since I need to be around for my plants it's a good time in my life to have a dog right now. When I was younger I wanted travel more and never could have one. If you can't have a dog the next best thing is to have a friend or neighbor with a dog, then you can get your dog time in and keep your freedom too, best of both worlds.
That is awesome your bro got a dog with the house. I couldn't think of a better situation, the dog already knows it's home. I hope they have many happy years together!

Good morning pop_rocks.
I hope you had a good weekend. How did you like the games yesterday? I watched the packer bear game and a little of the Rams game too.
Seeing the Christmas lights gives me good memories as well. I loved Christmas as a kid and remember all the decorations that would let me know it was getting close. I think that's why I like the simpler decorations and lights, because they remind me the ones of back then. I remember my dad spending hours on those strings of lights finding the one bulb that was out to get the string working again. Simpler times.
I'm looking forward to the next run a lot. It's been weeks since I had anything in flower and I'm ready to get back at it. There is a lot of potential in the genetics, I hope I can manage to get some of it out of them. My last run with the other half pack of these seeds ended in me killing off 2 of the 3 plants in flower due to intersex and picking balls off the other one. And I fried her with way too much feed and cal/mag. She still produced a bunch of nice bud though.
We're walking more every day and loving it. It's funny you mention steps because I've just put my Fitbit back on after not wearing it for a couple weeks. I'm looking forward to seeing my activity increase day by day. 10k steps is fine for such a busy season and I'm sure after the new year starts we will be talking about getting more in.

happy monday f'nut; time to rise and grind*
so when do you go back to work?
its going to be tough to leave eggo alone after spending so much time with him
heck, its hard enough for me every monday after only two days off plus no dog at home
that has to be one of the best gifts you could have give to you guys
im sure you will miss him but it will feel good getting back to work
plus, think about how next week is christmas and the week after that the new year...
man this year has gone by fast and its going to be over in the blink of an eye
/i was telling my assistant at work today to enjoy every last moment
we had a great walk the other night and went a different route
there werent as many light but there were a few houses decorated really nice
so i am pretty much done with the christmas shopping and am ready to just enjoy the season
are you all set for christmas?
the rams looked horrible
they need to get back on track if they plan on making it past the first round in the playoffs
goff had his worst game of the season and the defense just wasnt as intimidating as it seemed at the start of the season
im sure they will get back on track and even tho hes really young, i believe in sean mcvay
we got to see some big upsets this weekend and some other teams really turning things around
and dont sleep on the browns; they might not be that good this year but i cant wait for next season
hope you are healing nicely and feeling stonger every day brother
lets keep kicking ass!

Good morning pop_rocks.
I like the phrase "time to rise and grind". It often feels that way, especially on Mondays. I worked a couple shorter days last week but yesterday was my first full day back. I'm on light duty counting parts and doing our yearly inventory. It's not hard or physical in any way but it is kind of tedious, counting thousands of little washers and nuts and bolts. I'll do this for a few more days and then with all the time off for the hollidays I'll kind of get back to my normal job slowly.
It's a little hard to leave Eggo in the morning but he has to get use to what the routine is going to be here. He doesn't seem to have an issue with separation and is always well behaved while we are gone. You are right he is like a great Christmas present and we can't wait to spoil him with new toys, kong, balls ect.
Like you said we are a week from Christmas and 2018 is almost history and we've got plenty to be thankful for. I'm really happy with how '18 went, except that it went too quickly, and looking forward to what 2019 has in store.
I think that Eggo and I might take a diffrent route on our morning walk today and see if there are any new and interesting decorations, if so we can go that way on our evening walk when it's dark and everything stands out. I glad you and the Mrs are getting some steps in, it's nice to change up the route.
Rams didn't look good for the bit of the game that I watched. Neither did the bears or packers for that matter. It was close most of the game and neither team seemed to be taking advantage of opportunity. Congrats to the Bears for getting it done and I hope they represent in the playoffs.

thats good that you are taking ti easy at work, fiddy
im glad the dog is well behaved while you are away and it sounds like he is a great fit for you guys
trying out new walks sounds like fun, its a good way to change things up and check out new sites
plus it lets ego learn the area
are there a lot of other dogs in the neighborhood?
we had our company christmas dinner at work today and i kind of felt sad when i was helping clean up
i uded to get to take home a lot of the left overs and ukie would get sucha treat when i would bring her home the bits of meat and things she would like
i still scorred a bunch of good stuff but it made me miss my girl so much
i know what you mean about how fast 2018 has gone by
it seems like it was just yesterday that we were talking about our plans for the spring and summer and then...
im doing the best i can to enjoy every day left this year
rams dident look good at all
goff had his worse game of the season and the defense dident really seem to get on track
a bunch of teams seemed to have an off week last weekend but with the playoffs around the corner, you want to be stepping up right now
bears are definitely stepping it up and look dangerous

hope you enjoy the rest of your day and are all set for the holidays
keep kicking ass brother!

Good morning pop_rocks.
Eggo is learning the neighborhood pretty well. He is also learning what is expected of him on walks and how close to stay to me. I use a long flexi leash and let him roam a little but not into people's yards. He has learned a lot and is very good about not pulling on the leash. There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood, especially on the my street. Just about everyone has a dog or two with maybe three exceptions in the 15-20 houses. I haven't been able to introduce Eggo to other dogs yet but soon we will get to that. Now that we are bonded we can start seeing how he does off leash in the yard soon, once I feel like I could chase him if I need to.
I know what you mean about things reminding you of ukie. Every time I do something that Rufus and I loved doing I'd think of him too. It's sad but also kind of heart warming to remember how happy they get when you bring them treats or go somewhere that they love to go. Hang in there, I'm sure the time will come when another dog finds you and a new friendship begins.
Your so right about it seeming like yesterday when we were talking about what we would be doing this summer. It was a great summer for me and I'm allready looking forward to some things planned for summer '19. But we've got plenty of time to talk about next summer after the new year. I'm with you on enjoying the rest of '18. We have a couple of long weekends coming up to look forward to.
I hope your week is off to a good start and just a couple more days to go before some relaxation and Holliday fun.

me and the mrs have a few things planned but im also making a lot of time for just kicking back and doing nothing
it has beena great year and im sure 2019 will be just as fun, but im not ready to sign off on 2018 just yet
it seems that every year goes by just a little faster
im sure you are right brother and one day i will find another dog
you and eggo are just starting out and im sure you are both learning a lot about each other, but he sounds like a good dog and i know you are a good owner
so waht are your plans for this weeeknd?
are you taking monday and tuesday off?
how are you healing up?
this is a great time to reflect and think of all the things we have to be thankful for
i hope you and your wife have a great holiday and get to enjoy some time off together
gifts are fun and i hope you get some cool new "toys" (im 99% sure i will be posting a new pipe or bong pic here soon) but its really all about spending time with the ones you love

What's up jungle mates,
Fiddynuts hope you are healing up. Very cool pup their. Sounds like he is fitting right in. So, do you have any interesting Wisconsin xmas traditions?

Man it is a rough year to be a Packerfan. Lol. I really hope we get a coach that can make something happen.

I got my newest seed order. I am going to dunk em Monday and plant on xmas day. Can't hurt to plant em on Jesus's birthday.

So, I went and opened my big mouth, and ruined Christmas for half my family. Lol not my words. I told my Aunt that I wasn't comfortable taking my kids their. Because my cousin lives their and is a heroin addict. So, I am currently uninvited to something I wasn't going to anyways. I told my boss. He calls me the grinch. I call my brother in Texas. He answered the phone "what's up mr. Grinch. " my parents and my brother agree with me. So I am going to be home early on Christmas. I figured fuck it I will embrace the Grinch label. More time to spend with the kiddos, and I have to work Wednesday.

Hope everyone is having a great week. I am getting off at 130 tommorow and going to take the kids out for dinner. The wife has training for work. I can't wait for the 4 day weekend

kick ass man! sounds like christmas came early for you p'fan!
plus it makes it easy to remember what day you started your grow on

taking the kids out for dinner sounds like the perfect way to start your holidays brother
eat up and i hope everyone has a great time
so wait, what? you are the bad one in all this
this guy is a heroine junky and might even be high on junk on christmas, but you are the bag guy for not wanting to bring your kids around ?
im sorry but i cant understand the "blame p'79 bandwagon" here bruh
the dude has a serious problem and it sounds like the people around him are just playing like there is nothing wrong , (possibly enabling him to continue killing himself)

Brother you hit the nail on the head. I am the bad guy, because I am potentially exposing the truth. I know my cousins will be ask where we are. They are blaming my wife, lol
I made this decision, oli did discuss it with my wife. To me it's a no brainer. I find it ironic my aunt post how she misses her brother ( died from a meth overdose). It's just a matter of time, but everyone wants to pretend nothing is wrong. My aunt is the kind of person who is more concerned about her image around her snooty yuppie friends.

Fuck it this Grinch is going to enjoy the holiday.

Happy Friday tribe.

I hope everyone had a great week so far and are ready to enjoy some time off and some holiday cheer!

@pop_rocks. I'm looking forward to the time off too brother. I've been back at work all week and ready for a break. I'm defenatly over the too much time off blues and ready for a couple long weekends off in a row. I have Monday and Tuesday off next two weeks but still have to work Saturdays so back to back 3 day weekends for me. That is great that you are able to take an extra day to extend your weekend.
I don't have any plans in particular for the weekend but I'm getting the itch and will probably go to a bike store or two and look at some fat bikes. Monday I've got Christmas at my moms and I'll be seeing all of her side and my dads side at that party. It's kind of strange that even though my parients are divorced they still get along and we can have a party with all of us at the same place and have a great time.
I'm super happy to report that I'm healing up great and ahead of schedule. I had my follow up appointment and was told I can start doing my cardio on the elliptical again. In fact I just got back from the gym after being away for what felt like a long time, it felt great to get the heart pumping again. I still have a 20 pound lifting limit for a couple weeks then no restrictions after that. I feel very good and I'd bet I'm about 90% right now.
I'm so with you on the reflection and gratitude right now. It's been a great year and I've got so much to be thankful for. I'm really looking forward to seeing family for the holliday, we lost a couple family members this year and you never know how many chances you will have to spend time with people.
Have a great Friday too brother.

@Packerfan. Thanks man! I'm doing great and the new dog is too. He's been a pleasure to have around and I've got a walking buddy again.
The Wisconsin tradition for all holidays is a lot of eating and drinking. We had some warm (30's and low 40's) weather and the snow melted so no white Christmas for us unless it snows before then.
It is tough to be a packer fan but the team needs a change in direction, and probably a bit of a rebuild. Just getting to the playoffs and getting bounced out early is no good. They need to be built to win in January and February. I hope this is what it takes to make the changes and get back to dominating the NFC north.
That is great news about you new seeds. I'm excited to see what you find in there. Xmas sounds like a great day to pop some beans.
That is unfortunate about your aunt and cousin and their side of the family. You guys are right that it's easer for them to put the blame on you and ignore the real problem. But that is the problem with that shit, dope allows you to not have to deal with your problems and loved ones got so overwhelmed that they also deflect attention from the real issue to others as a defense measure. It's a tough situation and the fact that you are being made the bad guy makes it even worse. You have the right idea to make it a great day with your kids, they deserve it!

i agree with fiddy, pack
it sounds like your aunt would rather pretend like ntohign is wrong than give this guy some tough love and help him get straight
for them its easier to blame everyone else
but what happens one day when they get some really bad news about the guy or find that hesf'ed them all over and stolen everything that isnt nailed down
you have the right idea brother and i think you are going to have a great time celibrating the holiday with the ol'lady and the kids!
if nothing else, go the extra mile and make this an extra special christmas for everyone around you
christmas isnt about us adults anyways, its all about the kids
grinch on my man and have a great long weekend

thats awesome that you are healing ahead of schedule f'nut
my parents divorced a long time ago and havent talked since
im glad that your folks can still get along and share some good times together
be sure to enjoy every moment and appreciate all the peolpe you love
plus i want to hear about all the fun you guys have and hope you get some neat gear for christmas
do you and your brother exchange presents?
hopefully you will find a new pipe or bong in your stocking
there is nothing like toking some of the fresh out of a new piece
you are right about the packers not being on track this season and while its nice to make the psot season, no one wants to be bounced in the first round
rodgers will only be around for so long and if the pack wants to cash in on his talent then they need to get on it
you guys have been so lucky to have had back to back star qbs (rodgers/farve) and i hope you can turn things around next season
have a greta night brother and i hope you have the best christmas fiddy

to all you guys
its beena fun year and i really appreciate everyone whos joined out little tribe here
we found some new friends but it seems like weve also lost a couple members as well
/best wishes to you floridian whatever you are up to
i have had so mcuh fun posting up and sharing wiht you guys!
keep on kicking ass in the garden and making this a fun place for all of us
