Patients should know that extracting your medication and leaving the acet/paracet/caffiene behind is not a difficult thing to do. This isn't the right place for that topic, but I just thought I'd mention it for the sake of your organs.

Opiates, properly titrated, are amazingly effective and still leave you fully functional. Any version of cannabis that I've ever tried that was effective at controlling these levels of pain left me drooling on the couch.

Harlequin isn't perfect... at least not for my head. It's significantly clearer and perfectly functional though.

At 8% CBD and only 6% THC you can use as much as you want and it's not debilitating in any way. It's AWESOME for pain though... can't wait to make topicals out of this cut.

I have some HAO that I made from some cannabis infused olive oil. I am totally and completely UNABLE to use it while I'm awake because it totally and completely removes all traces of pain in my joints.

When I can't feel that I'm already hurt... I tend to hurt myself pretty badly. When the oil wears off the pain is excruciating until I rub in more oil. I now only use this stuff at night it's that effective.

Just Smoking harlequin will significantly reduce your pain. Making canna-caps out of it like I'm going to is going to make it possible to completely remove all body pain... every night. I'll also be able to remove most, if not all, of the pain from other issues I'll have till I die.
