Definitely the seeing the Dead at Deer Creek with my older brother and his friends in 95. I know their music wasnt the greatest at that time but that show opened up my life in a whole new way. But I find that it is hard for me to remember much from the show has that happened to anyone else at a Dead concert? Alot green alot of hippy crack alot of alcohol alot of hallucinagens alot of dancing alot of smiles some memories? :pointlaug

the 'quality' of the music at your first dead/phish show is pretty much pointless, i have no doubt in my mind you had the best night of your life

hey buckeye, I've been to three different bonnaroos and they have all been pretty wild. primus in 2004 was crazy. bonnaroo was like the jamband mecca for a while. although after the scene I saw last year I'm afraid the cops and scenesters are now the majority........there are alot of fantastic festivals I've been to that have the vibe the early bonnaroos held but in a more relaxed and spacious enviroment with smaller groups of great people. ever goto any moe.downs or jamcruises?

Best night? Nah it was the best 48 hours sleeping in with all of the van and tents hanging with all those people at night waking up in a haze in the morning. Then getting to watch the show a few hours later. I just wish I would have been a little older and a little wiser. But yeah definitely something I am proud that I got to see!

Well I won't say where but this year it had to be a NIN concert (my favorite band). Of all time it would have to be marilyn manson in grand rapids, mich. <- I don't remember most of it, but what I do it was great.

I thinks my favorite live concert was Steppenwolf at a small venue about 10 years ago. The wildest was Pantera with Anthrax. The most memorable was The Charlie Daniels Band. I was Charlie Daniels' body gaurd when he was in town and I was on stage for the whole show. That was pretty fun. And of course, The Who. I did a concert review on The Who's show in Sunrise, FL. Check out the link.

oh man..I have awesome memories of all the concerts I've been to.

but one does hold a special place..

Denver, CO - March 8th 2006 - Magness Arena
I arrived at 9 AM and waited all day to be one of the first in the GA pit. It snowed all damn day but I was dressed pretty warm.

All the waiting paid off becuase I got front row on the right side of the stage.

I rocked out so damn hard all night to KoRn, Mudvayne and 10 Years..I had a total blast.

After KoRn's set was done I put my devil horns in the air and Munky saw it..he smiled and tossed me his pick..FUCK YEAH!!

BEST CONCERT EVER

other notable mentions:

Swollen Members at Levelz in Steamboat Springs-Feb 18 2006
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers with Pearl Jam
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Metallica
System of A Down
Slipknot
Dr. Dre/Snoop/Eminem - UP IN SMOKE TOUR
No Doubt

I think he meant like the son's of bob marley. they toured a couple of summers ago together and do solo stuff still, although I personally don't find there music very appealing.
