my old partner may have the bubba still around, i do not. Just might be able to hook you up as she still gets clones from him. to the best of my knowledge all plants from the hindu kush area turn purple if it is cold enough. so things like hash plant, hindu kush, mster kush, violator kush, bubba kush ( bubblegum x master kush).

Hey rowdy the grape haze I picked up from you earlier in the year is doing great! I was wondering if you had any info on it besides the name? Just curious about it's lineage the breeder ect. She really is an exceptional plant!

Ahhh the Headband.... My favorite but I have picked up from GK so far but there are many I have not tried. The cut I got leaned more Sour D is growth and smell, had quite a bit of stretch compared to other strains. I grew mine org/soil and pulled it around 68 days but next run will go to 72-75 days I think. Good amount of lung expansion and makes your head and arms sweat with each hit. I lost the cut I picked up last winter, but went up last month and picked up another cut (hopefully it's the same one!) . I went thru the HB jars much too fast

Thanks for posting that pictures. Nice to see you buddy. I picked up some cuts on 4th of July and all it said was Head Band and we didn't know if they where just Head Band or the 707. So far, I'm thinking they are the same one you got. This is my first run and they are stretching and looking allot like yours.

All is well over here, except for my 50 percent germ rate on my last seeds I tried to pop, looks like mold or fungus got to some..... Live and learn as usual! I'm doing ok, been busy as hell. Lots going on and barely any time for myself, but doing ok. Hope your not working to hard and enjoying life some. Good luck on the OE. Let me know how they turn out. Should be getting more seeds to Rowdy by beginning of Sept. Will be harvesting them third to last week of this month. They are getting close. Lots of new crosses, just hope i've got enough to go around.

Tips on OE. Don't feed her much. Start off at 25% strength and go from there. She will talk to you and you will see what she has to say. She's not much of a big feeder, but some are. In general, she won't eat much. You will notice the tips getting burnt a little. Just back off a little and you will be fine. As for germing there. Just drop them in a glass of water for about 48hrs and then move to the wet paper towel method. You should see a bunch popping soon after that.

Casey- I did not notice a nanner or 2 while growing her, yes. There was only a couple I found which I pulled promptly and they didn't pollenate my plant so I'm happy! I will be watching her more closely this run as I plan on taking her a few days longer (which may give me a few more to pick out). I'm unsure if the nanners were genetic or environmental for I had a small light leak in my tent when I first purchased it.

Having said all of that, I went back to Good Kharma and picked up another HB because the finished smoke was that good.

Very nice, so she looks to be quite a stretcher, I have videos on you tube of my room full of headband, they are not quite as stretchy, But Its only day 3 of 12/12 so we'll see how all that fares out..... Would you reccomend something like bushmaster to stunt the stretch for a better yeild or does the stretch help?

Glad things are going well. More then happy to help in any way. The book I was talking about. Is, "Marijuana Garden Saver", one of the best books i've bought in a while. They have plenty of pictures of different types of plant problems and how to correct them. I picked it up at one of the clubs in Nor Cali. Here is the ISBN# 978-093255191-7. The book said $17.95, but I got it on a swap for some seeds.

Give it a look, I think you'll be happy with it.
