h/s is a great place for the people. Just not for me. no bad things to say about them for the fact i wouldnt want the people who count on this place for their clippings to gang up on me as they have rootstyle. Everyone has their own feelings, i feel there are alot more reputable places to get clippings and this whole thread is one big ad. Buy a header if you dont want anyone to give their feelings good or bad. then we can just look at your ad and say that looks like a good thing. It shows very bad taste to discredit someones opinion of your clippings or your shop. It is a great place for the people who need it. But there are people out there who do not need the service, but that doesnt mean they shouldnt be able to speak on what they have seen there or seen come from there. Its a 2 way street. Rock and roll smoke a bowl!

Like I have said many times.. You cant please all of the people all of the time. When you come to the market you have to use your brain as well. Talk to the person vending and see if they are knowledgable about their product and if they have a sample to show.. Its a farmers market.

i do not see any info in your post that would help a patient decide whether to come to the market or not. nothing about the clones, just complaints about the thread. please post info about the state of the clones available to help others decide whether the trip is worth it to them or not.

i am not trying to gang up on you, just trying to get the subject back on track. if you think you have better clones and would like to share them, feel free to bring some by and prove it.

sorry for being so negative, just please help create good info in the thread so it does not become an advertisement. we all should benefit from the info here.

That is really a nice way to treat another person, But since you want some facts about holistic solutions here goes. I have been there three times and got dropped off... why...because the lake county narcotics task force sits across the street at the jules cottages and takes plate numbers, tracks them to their homes and pays them a visit a week to a month later. this has happened to 2 people that i know myself.The fact is that holistic solutions has NO clue what the clones are that come thru there. I could bring a batch of such and such and claim its all soma strains. The fact is I have and you will find much better clones elsewhere and you wont have the lcntf sitting watching you bring your goods out of the center of that little town.Anything to make money. thats their motto. that is why this thread is one big ad for holistic and they are advertising for free! Dont go to clearlake and get pinched trying to come back to the bay area, it is just not worth it, p.m. me and i will give you a few locals who have much better True strains and arent willing to bash someones opinion of their cuts!So keep your eyes out when at holistic solutions because you are being watched!!!

You sound childish and jealous. If it was so bad why come 3 times?? THE FACT IS I know exactly what my strains are and have the breeder packs to prove it so dont spread ugly trash. Yawn Yawn....No i am not a shop owner nor a jealous person. i am not the one who is using this post to drum up money and customers,I am just a person who chimed in with my own thoughts{my first post} and was told if i did not need your services that i should have no opinion of it. I clearly did not bash your establishment in my first post, then i was asked what my facts were of the place. I gave my honest opinion of what i had seen of your shop.I was only saying that if people wanted another option other than driving hours from the bay area that i would direct them to some well known dispensary's here in the bay area. But you are starting to sound like a greedy business person who would like for your shop to be peoples only option. Greed will bring bad karma! with that said i will allow you to continue bashing anyone who has an opinion of yours.

And like I continue to repeat the farmers mkt isnt for everyone (now that sounds greedy) and I never said its the only option for people.. (lmao) there are alot of great places to get good genetics.. but I am totally amused that it was so awful you came all this way 3 times. There are always people who are a negative force.. lets keep growing and keep good vibes going.. Thats my motto.

As for using it as advertisement it sounds like your the one trying to get some business for yourself with your pm suggestion and good luck with that. Its all good dude. I'm sending good thoughts your way.

i can't speak of clearlake's market, but in general they are the same everywhere.
vendors bring clones and you have to question them on their genetics. you need to also do a visual inspection for disease, insects, powdery mildew, health, roots, and yes if they are female! at another market i have received a male, and a poorly rooted cutting. my fault for not being more observant. i've questioned vendors about their genetics and they didn't know squat so i passed. there's no way anyone can verify what the vendor says is the real deal. you have to use your best judgement and buy or not. if it turns out to be not up to your expectations, then don't buy from that vendor again. i've had some great finds, and some real shiite genetics! Just be thankful we have any selection at all.

^^^ there are male preflowers on a 3" clone?!! ..... well I was trying a little dry humor in my post ... but hey, maybe ... I've never grown from seed and I've never seen a male clone (I mean you'd only have one by accident, a male from seed, yes but not a male clone) .... but if you could tell at that stage, why do people wait till they start flowering to weed out the males?

i would purchase a male clone. it would have to have great genetics and be covered with trichomes, at least more than my caramella male has.

Most clones taken are from established females. More often than not the female preflowers show so they are easily recognized in clones. Males don't show as easily and can be over looked. There's no excuse for any vendor to not know, or by accident get a male in the mix. If the vendor did have a male to sale, it should be clearly labeled as such. There really isn't much interest in males unless it's a verified top notch strain and an experienced person is wanting such. Your average patient wants female clones only.

can never b 2 careful. heard of stories about leos watching hydro stores. y woulnt they watch a " MEDICAL DISPENSARY" ... imo its safer to order seeds from seedbay and ur guaranteed to get what you order... but wat do i know. im just a "pot head"

Sad to report there will no longer be a Farmers Mkt in Clearlake.. Maybe again someday. I will keep you posted and until then...
