How to send the wrong people the wrong way from outdoor sets...

We have a couple of serious techniques for making and keeping our outdoor crop out of mind to law, rippers, and curious close-minded folks, as we are in the DEEP south. We set the plots with a big ass John Deer bush hog and an 9' wide auger implement attached for digging holes. Here's how it works:

THE KEY IS: When we run the bush hog we cut into the forest a very clear and 'obvious' path WAY into the woods. Then, we turn the bush hog around to a point on the obvious path about 1/4 mile back. We then turn off the cutting blade implement and drive at 90 degrees from the 'obvious' trail' into the woods, without cutting, for about 200 to 300 yards to prepicked grow plots, to dig about six holes per plot with the 9" auger. (We keep about 6-8 plots) We then back the bush hog out, still not cutting, just pushing down the natural foliage. The 'real' path grows over in a month. The 'obvious path' takes all season to grow over.

This is on 900 acres and we're not really worried, but if anyone does fly over they'll be looking along the bush hogged paths and not at our hidden 6 plant plots in the nettles, southfacing, etcetera. And if and a dumb ass tries to screw with them they will pretty confused, not to mention the other tricks we have planned for unwanted visitors. The key for us is no 'obvious' paths to the plots and keeping the plant count low per site.

Lastly: for the deer; our friend that cuts hair gives us all their hair, between that and fishing line on the ground, they tend to find other goodies to much on.

in my area (red hot leo wise se usa) the aireal surveillance has been incredible. they are staking out one and two plant grows with "boots on the ground". the only logical explanation I can come up with is that dea is giving out bonuses to anyone who finds an outdoor plot. I've been in these areas many times watching the intensity the helicopter pilots employ. it's very aggressive. the judicial system (courts, da, etc...) is actually quite liberal here. the county I grow in is the county to get busted for cannabis grows in the state according to lawyers talking to friends of mine who got busted cultivating. there is no synchronous continuity between the local leo aggressive pursuit and the "who really gives a shit" over small grows at the local court level.

there is an answer; small plots, no gardens ( just holes well mulched so no bare dirt exposed) horizontal grows. the days of proudly taking pictures of sky high trees is for now gone. they don't make it to harvest and will probably get you/me busted. STEALTH grows. by training the plants to go along the ground (meristem) and letting the branches reach up for the sky presents a different and far more stealthy profile that has been far more successful for me in achieving actual harvest.

Well said idiit! Very good advice my friend. I'm in south east US as well in the Appalachia and they don't play around with there aviation crews, eradication at its toughest 'round these parts partner!

I purchased a book that I believe every guerilla grower in a non-legal state should have a copy of called "Guerilla Growing Trade Secrets" and it has tons of information for stealth and low budget guerilla grows. This is far different information compared to books like Ed's Cannabis Grow Bible. I have tons of experience in the outdoor guerilla cultivation game and this I learn most from hands on experience but I have to say this book kicks ass...

It is seriously like the guerilla growers bible bro, check it out!

VonBudi I can guarantee that book or your money back! Lol... It is that good. It covers a lot on stealth and security and in depth information on how the helicopters pilots search for your girls, even about satellites and aerial photography and all kinds of shit.

Like I said I own several books on growing and although there is a bit of interesting information in every book, unfortunately it is everything we as growers already know and the forums can teach us even more than that. Guerilla Growing Trade Secrets however is on a whole different level bro.
