If anyone will know the energy distribution in your next meal then I count it off ... so you can see from where in the most energy, whether it is from protein, fat, carbohydrate or alcohol ......Today for fun I figured out how many liters of milk you have to drink as a full grown man to cover your daily needs of about 10,000 kilojoules and found out you have to drink about 25 liters per day to survive on milk alone LOOOOOOOL well offcourse it depens on wich milk kind it is ...fat light etc

Access- How do you get so fine pics? is it the camera or the light?

LOL pthway......I think my pix are budget compared to some of these other F.U.C.K.A.S....but I did improve my pictures with the use of a tripod to stabilize the camera.......and I always try to take advantage of proper lighting...
I do take alot of shots, but only some make the grade. That and the actual subject material probably accounts for the rest of it.
