Uhh Listen to this guy..he is the only one with a working brain cell yo respond so far. I've pocketed a LOT more than 15K and it's not a problem if you smurf it into back accounts or find a nice cash paying business to "hide" the cash flow...can you say hot dog cart and a unemployed possibly an illegal alien for $10.00 an hour outside a business.....I run 3 of them currently. Great way to hide cash and have a LOT of expenses, but I also have a really good CPA too.

You can't "smurf" shit into a bank account or launder into a cash business and think everything is fine. You have to prove where that money came from; receipts are required even from casino winnings. You think you can just say you made six figs in your coin-operated shitty car wash? Or your pizza shop? Have you ever even so much as Google searched the words "money laundering," let alone spoken to a professional?
Lots of people are in prison for cash they allegedly made in bullshit car wash fronts that profited out-of-character incomes relative to competing businesses. The burden of proof is on you to prove your wealth, and it better be a damn tight ship, too.
Also, fire your CPA. Not only is he feeding you bad information, but he's also under professional, state-governed obligation to report any and all illegal activities. Failing to do so will cost him his license.
Double-fail, I believe, is what the kids would call that. Triple if you add in the insult you gave to two pages worth of (mostly) good information.

Lets not call it money laundering.... that sounds so dirty and against TOS. Lets call it how to turn illegal bunnies into legal bunnies. At least a safe deposit box isn't laundering money. Full service bank accounts have all but gone the way of gas attendants. To few peeps recognize the benefits.
As long as you don't live/grow at your parents house, then this is probably your best bet for storing your money, they are the least likely to steal or "lose" it.
And no, I see no reason why they would get raided too if you did, as long as you're not living/growing at their house.
