someone negative repped me for my post? so you get whiskey dick every once and awhile and you may need some help. i am not talking using it every time just when needed. saves going to the doctor for expensive tests just for him to give you a script for viagra. it has saved me from some chicks getting pissed about why you can't dip the wick. if my ticker blows from it at least i will go out plowing away on some broad.

This is a very touchy subject for some. Kegal exercises can also help but must be done routinely. This is a problem i'm currently facing as well. Stress is definately a major factor. I need to eat right and exercise and cut a few other things out that ain't good for me. Hopefully in a little time things will be back to normal. I've also heard some strains can help in this area, sativas more often. GL and take care 1

Try exercise and diet...You'd be amazed. At 53 (well...in 2.5 weeks anyway) I have the stamina and endurance of a 20 year old...a "fit" 20 year old.

No need for that Cialis and Viagra crap...Just do this...

1. Eat well
2. Lift hard
3. Run lots
4. Reap rewards of healthy lifestyle

and yes i get morning wood every morning...last night i had sex 3 times with out a problem, but it was with a different woman..so im starting to think it may be mental, but i also think like tough dave said, i need to change my lifestyle a bit..

If your 35+ years old you might want to supplement a bit testosterone to make up for age related declining levels.

This and the diet, exercise info is where you want to go. Whatever you do, don't ask a pill doctor for help. *sigh* There's probably only .001% of the population that actually NEEDS a pill, instead of just being real.

Libido is directly connected with the sense of accomplishment in the brain. If you're not accomplishing anything, you're definitely not going to be as happy, energetic and sexually active as you could be. Look at the horror stories of lottery winners for some classic examples.



Set achievable, worthwhile goals. Accomplish them on a regular basis.

Work on improving yourself, your attitude, your ability to move through life with ease.

Work on your ethics and being completely honest all the time, to yourself and everyone around you.

When YOU are right in your head... you won't get the anxiety around women you like. You'll know you and be comfortable with yourself in every situation. :)

You don't have a medical issue. LOL You can relax on that point. :)
