This doesn't make him Nostradamus but he knows who pulls what strings without sounding like a 'conspiracy nut'.
It's simple. Rig the game so it's heads I win, tails you lose. Every time.
There's circles in circles, and geopolitical arm twisting and shifting alliances but basically they all work off the above program. Working the skim and trying to make it more efficient without triggering a peasant revolt.
A dangerous game that, so far, seems to be working but can turn on a dime. Math always wins.
