ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION

i think it important to make the distinction between power consumption in us /canada and europe/uk. electricity is more expensive in eur/uk and there is also much more of an awareness of energy consumption(mainly because of the cost but also because of green awarness) for this reason i think the ( safe) threshold may differ from the u.s/canada. i cant see 1k per room being a safe figure. this is just my speculative opinion i have no proof to back it up.

You have no nothing to back anything up,except to put down the people trying to help you because of where there from. You wont get help from this american again.By the way, there are probably more europeans with larger grow ops than americans any day,so yea you havent a fuckin clue.

this is not about putting people down but simply pointing out the diff in general consumption so that people dont follow guidelines that do not apply to them.
