Well after two weeks of flower the SAD#3 may be a hermie! Pulled several male flowers off it this morning. Now I gotta decide whether or not to chop it to keep it from seeding my other eight plants. Buds are coming in nicely so I'm extremely disappointed if I have to cut it. On another note SAD#1 is putting on the buds and ishermie free and happy. Ill put up some pics tomorrow.
SAD#1 is starting to slowly but surely pile on the buds. She's about 17 inches at the moment. Ill start with the flowering nutes come next feeding. Hopefully I can get some descent yield from her just in case in have to chop my other SAD if thw male flowers keep popping up.
Here's my big pretty pos herm SAD#1 pics. First pic shows SAD#1 hanging out with my Lemon Kush#2. The rest of the pics are different views of SAD#3. Looked over her with a fine tooth comb this morning. I could only find like 2 small nanners that I probably missed yesterday. I really don't plan on chopping her unless I have to. There's no light leaks and she's the only one exhibiting this problem. Gotta keep my fingers crossed! Either way I'll keep ya posted with my progress. Happy growing and enjoy your weekends! Time to smoke!
They're all looking great Sorry to know about that one with the problem, posibly she was a bit more sensitive to any grow parameter like soil, nutes, light... it's hard to tell. What's important now is that you keep alert and if you find any other male flowers just remove the plant. If not then just keep her but paying attention to her flowers.
Actually snapped these pics yesterday afternoon. SAD#1 is in the first three pics. Buds are coming in and no more issues just happy plants! Last is just a peak at the entire garden basking under 400w hps rays.
Here's SAD#3 fron yesterday. Taking time to look her over daily for any more male flowers but none spotted. I'm very happy she is still in my garden to watch those huds begin to pile on! As I stated many times before she has such a nice, stout statue so I put her in a 5 gallon bucket to hopefully bump up her yield.
Thanks for the kind words wildgrow!! Yeah, SAD#3 threw out several full blown male flowers and a few nanners. I noticed them exactly a week ago. Been taking the time to comb over her everyday to ensure no more sacs. So far so good!!
Just updated with some new pics. Both ladies are steadily piling on the buds and are happy and healthy. Hope everyone enjoyed their holiday to the fullest! Stay safe and happy growinf in the new year!!
My damn camera is broken so I haven't updated in a little bit. Ill def try to snap some more pics before everything is finished up. We are on day 44 of flower at this point. Although SAD#3 has been my favorite plant as far as structure SAD#1 has produced the denser and frostier flowers up to now. SAD#1 yield looks like it could be very close to #3 yield even with #3 being put in a 5 gal bucket to finish while #1 finished in a 2 gal bucket. SAD#1 is probably the healthiest looking plant in the garden. After the accidental over feeding earlier in the grow I probably keep it too light on the N so all the plants with the exception of SAD#1 yellowed earlier than I would have liked. SAD#1 is nice and green. Both plants exhibit a musky, sweet smell when the buds are disturbed with SAD#1 smelling a little more sweet and #3 smelling more musky. As the buds are slowly ripening bright orange hairs are beginning to appear. #3 has a lot more orange hairs than #1. SAD#1 also appears to beat #3 in the trich coverage dept also. Enjoy your weekends and smoke something good IC!!!!
Hi mate, i am sorry to hear about that but i am sure the plants are beautiful in your hands.
Hope you enjoy the end of this my friend!
i will keep passing by!
