i doubt we can move faster than light speed but i like your taeks
the thing about sending embryonic life is they have no ability to function on their own
people are pretty much blank slates at birth and are nothing more than fancy apes unless they learn some skillz
and as we all know, you gotta have skillz!

I was thinking something a bit more advanced than an ameba. Though not a fish yet. Not us, but something we date back to.

If we look at evolution, we keep trying new things. Some make us better breeding stock, and some make us dead. Things that we try, and they work, are sometimes later discontinued. A good example is the snake, who actually has the coding for legs, but blockers that stop that part of the program from running. We have successfully removed that block, and grown legs on snakes. We have also added the block to lizards, so they didn't. This leg code was originally wrote by trial and error. As the ameba advanced, or died, trying new things.

Imagine that we could send the ameba, but with blocked code to do many things embedded. It could land on a planet, with very basic needs, to live as the ameba. But the trials or errors of evolution, would happen much quicker, with all those locked codes to cycle through.

The balance would be sending something so basic, that it could live in the mud of a planet that may have no food chain that we recognise. While it's also big enough to carry terabytes of locked code. We might even be able to add code that's useless on earth. But helpful in other environments.

We have some examples here of gene expression changes, in the middle of a generation. The tadpole that becomes a frog. The grub that becomes a butterfly. The piece of dirt that becomes a world leader. I don't propose such drastic actions, but these animals are sort of doing what I speak off. Having young with basic needs, but the code to become much more.

If it was successful, then one day they might unravel their dna, and find code not even suited to their planets history. Which would be proof they were put there by aliens.

i see where you are going with this
the thing about evolution is the tree is filled with many extinct branches of life
add the fact that we dont know what the environment is like where they are going and i doubt it would get very far, but who knows

what two guys saw from the pascagoula abduction in 73. said they moved like robots with elephant like skin .this one was the real deal

really smooth? you dont think im curious or a believer in things beyond my experience
/i thought we were cool bro?
but you are right, i dont know what im talking about; neither do you
just like everyone else, show me solid proof of a ufo or at least tell me a good story and i will fall in and consider what it was, but to denounce someone asking for more proof is kind of lame
im not trying to put down anyones experiences and am more than open to hearing about weird things, terrestrial or otherwise

a group of prep school kids= PROOF
at least they had the crayon drawings of what they saw

Maybe we should make an alien section for any aliens that grow?,with an open invite to all aliens, there was reports years back of aliens living in the jungles to cultivate all different fruits/veg,apparently taste is very important in there culture or that was the story anyway.76
