Dutch Police Using Unmanned Helicopters to Sniff Out Cannabis Grows

I live in California and i have legally grown and smoked since 1996. I dont think the European people or californian people for that fact understand we have prop215 and sb420 laws here in California. Several other states have their own drafted laws. Even felons or people on parole or probation can legally have 6 female plants or 12 veggies, as well as up to half pound of cured weed. There will never be helicopter's here doing this invasion of privacy. Maybe outdoor up in Humboldt county, i personally know people who grow 700 plants outdoors. Thats the only place in California i could even see a chance of this type thing. They do it in manned choppers now, just using eye sight.
I come from orange county population around 3.5 million within a few hundred sq miles. I cant see this technique being of any use around here. There's still about 40 states where marijuana is illegal, they might do their own thing but i think southern California is safe.
For the record, When i was 18yrs old I shot a BB gun from my house and did 3 days in jail. I was just shooting at street signs and accidentally hit a car window, ended up charged with felony assault with deadly weapon and 2 counts of misdemeanor vandalism. So yeah i dont recommend any Californians going navy seal sniper on anyone especially police drones. But dude if this was some redneck state such as kentucky i'd drink pabst blue ribbon and shoot buckshot at those things all day and night.

actually, it probably wouldnt be hard to break their operators' signal for long enough time to crash it.. 10 seconds without response is more than enough, where 3 seconds would also do, but 10 is long enough. At RC airfields, they have a big board where you go and physically TAKE a fob with a frequency on it, and from that point on, on that day, YOU are commanding that frequency. so there arent any mixups and people controlling eachothers shit and crashing EN MASSE.
so what you do as an electronically knowledgeable person, buy all the 'crystals', the frequency module things(it's been many years) and attach them to a big controller of sorts, then just emit ALL frequencies at one time for a few seconds, just deny every mobile device on that frequency for a few seconds, or all day. i dont care, but it's worth a look in designing.

It's not like you are supposed to KNOW that is was a popo chopper, or like it can identify itself. I live in the country and can fire guns as long as I'm not shooting at buildings or cars. My thoughts would be they're thinking at least a step ahead of the masses here... Probably using the newer pcm 2.4ghz signals - almost impossible to shoot down (kinda like your cordless, how many of us have had signal issues since getting them?) Not the old am/fm sets we used in the old RC days - these ones you need to know the address of the rx/tx to really fuck it up...
That said - range is going to be relatively short... But a 2.4ghz jammer would be pretty effective; but don't expect your bluetooth, wifi, cell or cordless phone, blah blah blah to work...
You'd only need a few watts to give you a 100-150' radius 'dark zone'... But your FCC/CRTC/??? would have you in jail for decades if they caught ya running it...
