Are you dropping a sack of some sort, with material in it, onto a 60 lpi/whatever screen and collecting the heads that make it through the screen? The sack would be like a pre-screen and the mesh would be your second screen?

I don't know why but I'm hung up on the bag/sack idea and gravity. It can't get much easier, lol. And the Adub I'm puffin right now is helping me "think outside the box", hahaha...

I unfortunately am not. I wish. Ive been there i love the bay area. Im also still trying to figure out what you meant by "working it" for up to 40 minutes. No dropping, no breaking up any material, no doing something we all would normally do...........i need to puff/ maybe drink

the sack thing was seen by me in marocco a long time ago...did not see any enlarged pic of the material but was damn good .....it was made of silk...and they were beating the crap out of it...litterally.... as the dust collected outside the bag was useless....but then again nothing new for pro-drysifter

Is the dehumidifier strictly to dry your product to maximum dryness? Or, is it to get it right where you want it, so your herb is still semi moist and not fully dry at all? Only the trichomes would be dry enough to fall. Hmmm

1) use buds/trim but not brittle them
2) beat the hell out of them for 5 min with a 220micron bag
3) collect the pollem
4) dehumidify the pollem
5) run pollen trough different mesh sizes ..shaking the bags
by dehumidify the pollem all the dust, fine particles, pin sized trichomes and all the things you don't want will become light and brittle enough to be expelled from the 25 or 50 micron size mesh.

I'm i on to something or what ????

I don't/wouldn't ever use semi-wet trim or anything.. it will gum up the screens quite easily.

i just did some dry ice hash right now. went down to 75 mesh and got some nice blonde hash with barely any green at all. any of the green in there is because i used the same piece of glass to collect the 220 and then the 75 right after so a little got in. before i was just doing 220 mesh and leaving it at that to sprinkle on top of shit but i wanted the real deal so i filtered down a bit. this is what i ended up with.....
