Are you dropping a sack of some sort, with material in it, onto a 60 lpi/whatever screen and collecting the heads that make it through the screen? The sack would be like a pre-screen and the mesh would be your second screen?
I don't know why but I'm hung up on the bag/sack idea and gravity. It can't get much easier, lol. And the Adub I'm puffin right now is helping me "think outside the box", hahaha...

Is the dehumidifier strictly to dry your product to maximum dryness? Or, is it to get it right where you want it, so your herb is still semi moist and not fully dry at all? Only the trichomes would be dry enough to fall. Hmmm
I don't/wouldn't ever use semi-wet trim or anything.. it will gum up the screens quite easily.
My question to you is are you real or are you a cartoon character?
