That's just par for the course. Always keep an eye out for male flowers. You'll be fine. Plants are looking nice. Just remember to dispose of those male flowers properly and wash hand before heading back to the room.

I gave the MN Tangie clone 1/3 cap (~ 1 ½ tsp.) of Espoma liquid fertilizer today. Last feeding!

Hey all. I'm getting close to harvesting, and my humidity is at around 20-25%, which is not ideal. My temperature is at about 60-70% F pretty consistently. I'll try to add some Tupperware with water to increase it. Should I not dry for as long, due to the humidity? Idon't think I'll be able to get a humidifier right now. What do you recommend?

Hey, yea ideal would be about 60 percent most people agree on, since your humidity is about 1/3 of that. I would hang for a third of the time, in instead of 2 weeks maybe 4 or 5 days. Make sure you check it at the stem and not only the bud, depending how thick they are.

You could put it in a tote partially closed/covered. Just move the buds around once a day to avoid issues.
Imho about 5 days is the fastest you want em to dry.

Chop day for the MN Tangie. I spoke with the breeder, who recommended cutting at 8 1/2 weeks and when 70% of the stigmas are red. Today is day 59 and almost all of the stigmas have turned. Under the scope, roughly half the trichomes were clear, with the rest being cloudy and amber. My humidity is super low right now, so I put 2 containers with water and my watering can in the drying chamber to attempt to increase it. It's at 28% and it's 65 degrees. I hung the whole plant (minus 1 branch that I accidentally cut off) and didn't remove the fan leaves in an effort to slow down the dry time. Despite the nutrient deficiencies from forgetting to feed her, I think she's really pretty.

Now for the pic dump:

Congratulations on the start of the harvest! MN Tangie looks amazing, lots of big and beautiful trichomes, yum-yum:) the structure of the plant is very dry, be careful and don’t forget to ventilate the tent. if you want to increase humidity, then a container with water is not very effective for this, you need to increase the area of evaporation, for this it is enough to wet the towel well. Good weekend!

I wet 4 paper towels and draped them over the space not covered by the 2 containers with water and my watering can. Not noticing much of a change in humidity.
