actually if they are getting state charges they just weigh everything up and you get charged with however many pounds there are. texas is somewhat lenient compared to other states that count plants. a normal large grow(not a mega grow like these) will typically receive a 6 month stay in state jail

to my knowledge, they serve no jail time, but rather get deported back to vietnam

In the UK they always serve time with a judges reccomendation for deportation,there was a viet surgeon here 2 or 3 years ago who had sent £1.2 million back to vietnam,this wasnt his earnings from medicine,he had bought several houses and his viet brother in law had recruited viet gardeners :ying:

There was a gang recently in the uk got done for about thirty houses in total they got some serious bird but for every house they find there is fifty they don't. Fuck the old bill

i actually know one of the guys in this so called gang. well they are known on the street as the hk boyz but went MIA last ten yrs. another friend of mine got caught with a large grow at his house. which he had his daughter living in as well and only got 1 yr county which equals 6 months since its 2 for 1. the hkboyz drive a couple lambos and maseratis and one has a rolls royce parked outside his apartment. haha. honestly. the powr theft is the biggest reason feds used for probable cause to raid. the investigation took over 1 yr. a fed friend of mines said that unless u flash your money around or steal power which is a federal crime, you wont have a problem. but quite honestly... im pretty sure most of them will get off with a slap on the wrists... theres alot of loopholes a high powered lawyer can argue their client out of. im asian too.. i drive better than most white/black/mexican drivers. and the set ups these guys had was top quality shit. they averaged around 5 million usd a harvest. so im pretty sure their shit doesnt suck. so quit with the racism. icmag is suppose to be full of more mature intelligent people than grasscity or rollitup, so be mature please. racism is so 40 yrs ago.

There were two busts prior to this multi-house raid. One was in Fort Bend county and the other in Pearland. Supposedly the trimmers in Pearland gave up the info that got the other houses popped.

thats why you dont have a 40 house operation. you have a few then move on. last longer that way. you can manage those houses yourself instead of depending on other people.

I'm very sorry to the asian guy that posted, but asian weed or "china weed" as everyone calls it here in Canada is SHIT. I personally hate these vietnamise bastards that come to this country just to grow weed and commit other crimes. They are EVERYWHERE and try to fill their market with TERRIBLE weed by selling it for dirt cheap prices. They ALWAYS grow the same exact cut of shitty ass, very east to grow M39 and it is always cut down super early and not flushed at all, you can taste the fucking chemicals in it and they ALWAYS steal power. In texas I am sure they think the shitty ass m39 picked after 35 days of flowering and filled with chemicals is the bomb compared to the fucking terrible brown mexican weed that floods that shitty ass state, but here in Canada they need to pretty much give their weed away the prices are so low and still no one will smoke it except for dumb highschool kids. The china weed does not even get you high, it has absolutely no resin on it and tastes like shit. You literally can't even make hash out of it cause their is no resin and I don't think it's because they tumble it before they sell it, I think it's because it is just that shitty. These viets are in every country that weed is smoked in and I for one am fucking sick of these motherfuckers. Like it has been said, they give all other growers a bad name because they move into neighborhoods in huge numbers, fill the houses with lights and never pay for power. I am not saying I want anyone to ever be arrested for growing, but I would be very happy if china weed was never seen on the market here again and also believe they should be punished for being so stupid and stealing power, if you NEED to steal power stay their for 6 months and bounce to another location, these idiots think they can get away with it for years in the same location.....
