Whether cannabis induced psychosis is real or not, most of the psychiatric profession believes it's real. With the help of these "expert" witnesses a good lawyer should be able to convince a jury that it is real too. Because of this I don't think that recreational cannabis will ever become the province of big business. If it does, then Phillip-Morris and their ilk will be footing the bill for future medical care for every young adult who succumbs to schizophrenia.

Think they maybe looking at people with certain mental health issues and assuming that weed has caused them.
In my experience a lot of these people have come to use weed to help control and ameliorate the symptoms , and become worse without it.

Feel I come into that category myself to some extent.
