Does anyone know of a dreamy, hallucinatory strain?

For years I just smoked whatever I could get (luckily, I could usually get good bud). Some of the best I ever smoked created a subtle change in my vision, so that the clouds in the sky seemed to exist in 2 or 3 discrete layers that were seemingly independent of one another. Nope, I don't think it was laced bud, it was just good! Indica, sativa, whatever, it was a really cool mellow dreamy buzz.

At any rate, since I now have a friend who puts seeds in the ground, it would be nice to know if anyone knows of strain that will produce such a dreamy, beautiful high. It needs to finish before Oct. 15.

Just so ya know, its impossible to hallucinate from thc. So i don't think you'll be able to find a strain that does that. There are strains that do make ya mellow and dreamy feeling though. Sourdeisel haze from rez made me feel that way but now drowsy at all. Hope ya find what your lookin for. Peace and *bong* :friends:

Cannabis is classified as a psychedelic... hallucinations are not only possible but very real... provided your herb is potent enough.

Sativa is more of a head high whilst indicas have more effect on your body (sleepy stone). A lot of strains are mixed i.e 50/50 sativa/indica these hybrids have more of a mixed stone (body and head.) There are many outdoor strains Durban Poison is a hardy popular outdoor strain this is a Sativa. Hollands Hope is a knock down indica strain that the Dutch grow outdoors (I'd probably go with this in colder countries.) If you live in a warmer country though there is lots of strains that will flower by october 15th. You could try Mr Nices Early Pearl x Skunk/Haze these are limited release seeds and the right pheno should knock you into the middle of next week.

This is exactly how I would descibe the buzz i get from Sadhu from Mandala Seeds. The "layers in the vision" thing happens when I smoke a lot of this stuff. Sadhu is a "mostly" indica strain that leaves you with that cool mellow dreamy buzz, but it has just enough sativa in it for that slight head trip that plays with the vision.

IN the last 35 years of smoking all but everyday (say for stopping for a few drug tests)= The 2 year old Nevils Haze i smoked from some guy on a moped in Amsterdam was the most psychoactive *strain I have smoked to date / second was Soma's A Haze right out of his pocket

Out of the well over a 100+ strain's I have grown = The most psychoactive was a pheno of Rez's SD BX 1.5's with a White Haze I grew out second

Thricomefarmer’s MLI bubble was the most psychoactive THC product I have ingested to date

I don't about everyone but after i have a nice bong session. with atleast 4 bowls plus ,if its some danks. objects tend to shift a little here and there. Nothing like LSD or shrooms but just a little shift on things. I'm sure if you get high enough you'll get a lil visuals going. but like i said nothing compared to LSD or shrooms.

Thats by no means fact... i don;t agree with you, nor do i believe u can back up that statement.

Nevilles haze is hailed as a psychedelic weed, knowing to cause minor hallucinations, especially to an unexperienced smoker.

Go with a haze strain.

But what you REALLY need is some Nepalese Hash! Eating hash can cause hallucinations and fuck you up for hours and hours, but it has to consumed correctly.

I'm glad you've chosen to do outdoor. I believe this is the best route to get what you're asking for. I'd say look into the pacific mexican strains like oaxaca gold guererro green and acapulco gold. Most samples I've come across provide a relaxing energy but not sedative very socially conscious psychedelia with sparkley visual effects. If they come direct from region of origin they will most likely be later than oct 15 but there are some unhybridized worked lines that are pretty early. Greenthumb's acapulco gold is my favorite commercially available pacific mexican and is perfect for what you want its not listed in his current catalog but email him to see if they're still available. There's also sativa seed company's sativa mexicana which I haven't tried but it is pure cheap and early. The harvest time depends on where you're located and the growth conditions but the santa marta gold line we're working on at bsc will be a great match for your desired effects and is stronger than greenthumb's acapulco but will probably finish later than you oct 15th where you're located so I'd go with the acapulco. Some hawaiian dominant strains like hawaiian snow might also be a good fit though I haven't smoked it, it seem to be an excellent strain, reeferman's royal hawaiian, and cherry bomb 2, and perhaps mr. Nice's spice.

Your "facts" don't align with known reality... just setting the record straight here. Even when given a few credible sites that contradict your "facts* you still insist on misleading someone.

I know the first time I actually got stoned I had some pretty damn interesting visuals; and even for the next like 20 times or so, I would still see stuff all like cartoony and exaggerated, definite visual distortions - and really crazy CEV's. You shouldn't expect to see crazy acid patterns from pot (although Kali Mist did bring some out a little for me recently), but if you have enough of the good shit you can get definite visual distortions.
