A partially educated guess ...

The proverbial "anal probe" that is so often reported in descriptions of UFO contact experiences ...

it is simply an Electrical Ground.

Like if you're using a multimeter to measure DC and you clip the black lead to ground.

Ground is Ground.

But how do you ground a human body if you're doing some high tech shit on the head, that has an electrical component ?

Human neural activity does not have a huge voltage range, something like .12 volts last time I looked.

An EEG probe ... 1/10 of a millivolt, measured on the scalp.

So somewhere between 0 and 1/8 of a volt.

some mighty interesting additional details being let out of the UFO(I'm old fashioned) encounters with the Navy ships last year in the Pacific
it was earlier reported that there were multiple ships involved but details were kind of thin
seems there was a simultaneous situation, maybe 100+ of these UFOs were encountered by multiple ships at the same time
strong implication of organized activity
1 ship was circled/swarmed, imaging by both FLIR cameras and radar
and one of the ships was tracked by a glowing sphere for an extended period
to cap it off, and I quote from memory - "anti drone measures were taken but were ineffective"
the big report may be coming out next week, ought to be interesting

this is a bit of a mind blower, and an interesting perspective from a non US source
back in the days when the manly men of the USSR were roaming the seas
and very relevant to current events, from mysteriousuniverse

A video is making the rounds of an interview with a Russian admiral who was the last Commander-in-Chief of the Soviet Navy from 1985 to 1991. While the video appears to be a few years old, its content is relevant today – the commander discusses encounters between UFOs and a Soviet submarine in 1945 and a US Navy sub in 1947, and those UFOs appeared to be capable of traveling underwater as well as in the air. Even more interesting, he claims the subs were attempting to explore underwater caves off the coast of Antarctica. Will the Pentagon report have anything about this? Will the current Russian military? Anyone? Bueller?

“A squadron of Soviet submarines in 1945, and then a US Navy one in 1947, were severely attacked by flying saucers while trying to gain access to underground caves in Antarctica.”

Former Commander-in-Chief of the Soviet Navy Vladimir Chernavin (credit: http://kremlin.ru/news/19816)

The video (watch it here) opens with that big announcement. According to the site Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, it is an interview conducted by journalist Khaled Al-Rushd for RT Arabic with Vladimir Nikolayevich Chernavin, a former officer of the Soviet Navy, its last Commander-in-Chief the only Commander-in-Chief of the Commonwealth of Independent States Navy from 1991 to 1992. He commanded the November class submarine K-21 in 1959, later commanded the submarine flotillas of the Northern Fleet and was awarded a title of the Hero of the Soviet Union before retiring 1992. Chernavin is currently chairman of the Soviet submariners association. Does he sound like someone who would know about UFOs and USOs?

“I remembered an interview I had with the commander of the Soviet naval forces, Vladimir Chernavin. He also told us about flying objects that were diving under water and at high speed coming out of its depths.”
The video is in Russian with English subtitles. It appears to be a recent production by Khaled Al-Rushd where he reminisces about that previous interview with Chernavin and was prompted by Al-Rushd first remembering a quote from US Naval Admiral Richard Byrd about “flying saucers” in which he said, “It is quite possible that these UFOs, whether man-made or of alien origin, come from several underwater bases, including the possible underwater bases in Antarctica, off the coast of California and off the coast of Puerto Rico.” When asked about this, Chernavin dropped this bombshell:

“There have been hundreds of such reports. I saw this phenomenon, including when I was captain of the submarine during our time in the Atlantic and the Caribbean, I clearly saw a flying object over one of our Soviet positions appearing in various forms, but mainly in the form of a round hat.” “It was especially glowing, this light was changing, but the dish was moving at a tremendous speed, then it would stay hovering in one place and disappear immediately to appear in another place, and then dive into the water and disappear from view, and after a while it came out of the water but in another way, we were watching like this phenomena, as I saw it, the extraordinary phenomena cannot be ignored.”
Does this sound familiar? Chernadin’s next comment hits even closer to home … to the Pentagon report and the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP).

“A committee of this kind was formed. Especially since it was formed, I knew that the Americans had such a committee as well, and the decision was taken to collect and analyze this information in the military field for the first time from my side.”

Did you see that?

Whoa! Chernavin claims Soviet sailors were the first to report seeing UFOs, the first to see them in mass numbers, the first to follow them and to have an “operational directive” to monitor them – with the approval of the Minister of Defense. He claimed the system of monitoring and recording UFO dta “must be signed by the Commander in Chief personally. He recounts an encounter by a nuclear submarine and an escort fleet in the Pacific with “a disk-shaped object with a diameter of about 70 meters” – an encounter Chernavin assured Al-Rushd was documented. He concludes with this warning:

“This was a very serious problem. The decision had to be taken carefully and with balance, and this problem still exists today.”
Indeed, it does. Are we waiting for the wrong report?

I don't think aliens will be flying any 'craft' to earth, for all we know the 'craft' ARE the actual aliens who can just buzz around and teleport without the need for something to fly in.
There could be such an insane variety of alien lifeforms too, like infinitesimally small ones that already live here, or entities that are just like conscious balls of light that can move through water and solids like it isn't even there.... so many possibilities.

The idea of little humanoid creatures flying inside something seems like almost the LEAST plausible or possible fantasy of all, but who the heck knows....?

When u look at how human mistake each other i doubt that we are able to recognice intelligence structured different than ours. We would be able to know but our bigoted mind won't accept something other than us as intelligent. For some of the "images of god" its hard to accept that animals are no things.

a new UFO picture for interested experts, and a 'tic tac' to boot
maybe UFO shapes are like car models down on earth
aliens get bored with the same shape and need a new look from time to time
along with some interesting image filtering, not sure what to make of it

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A man spotted an unidentified floating object in Clovis earlier this week. He says he was heading to a gas station on Fowler Avenue when he noticed something peculiar.

“I got my phone out and I start looking and I see it and it’s just kind of dancing around which is just really weird," said Vince Mandara, "So I'm filming it and then all of the sudden it’s just gone, I mean, it just kind of blurs out.”

Mandara was able to film the UFO on his phone camera and subsequently share it on social media. He says this all happened on Wednesday around 2:30 in the afternoon.

“There wasn’t a cloud in the sky, there wasn’t anything, so it just looked so odd," said Mandara, "The thing that caught my eye was that it was moving so fast.”

Afterward, Mandara went home and started slowing down the speed of the video.

"And I see this other dot kind of appear out of nowhere underneath the other one and just shoot to the right," said Mandara, "So I posted it to Instagram and tagged a bunch of people in it and this guy @TicTacUFO decided to take chunks of the video and put filters on it.”

Jaiya Figueras, the creator of the @TicTacUFO Instagram page, saw Mandara's video, slowed it down, and applied a few filters, revealing an interesting image.

"When you put it into iMovie if you just change the filters," said Figueras, "You could actually see all the energy surrounding that, surrounding the object.”

Figueras put the comic filter on the video and then later added the ink filter.

"That’s the ink filter right there," said Figueras, "Now the object is actually the white, it’s the white in the middle, all the other stuff surrounding it, that's the energy that's surrounding it because they have anti-gravity.”

Figueras is a high school coach and teacher who says he's spoken with six people who've seen eerily similar objects in the sky.

"What I found is that these things are actually, they're teleporting," said Figueras.

Figueras says a recent video posted to the Instagram page shows filtered video of a UFO that's been slowed down more than 500 times its original speed. He says, no matter how slow, he can't catch the object in motion.

“I figured out they were teleporting because no matter what I did, I couldn't slow it down, I couldn’t slow the film down," said Figueras.

"For me, it was just interesting to see the different, I mean, there’s like an energy ball, I know that sounds crazy but it’s there and it’s just kind of circling around this dot," said Mandara, "And nobody else saw it, you know, nobody else pulled over, nobody was standing there pointing it wasn’t this big, you know, grandstand thing, it just, there it is and there it's not, so strange, in Clovis of all places."

Some of the so called UFO images/videos show non-terrestrial objects.

More & more of them show human adaptations of the technology set which began to be recovered from New Mexico in 1947. (US Air Force Press Release, January 1995)

One of the most interesting incidents was a HUGE whirlpool which formed inexplicably near the coast of San Diego in the late 90's.

It's fairly obvious that something underwater was simply doing 360's.

Common knowledge among older military industry folks in San Diego ... the US Navy does a bunch of sub testing right there in the waters near San Diego.

I wonder if the subs have a place where sailors can light up, but not get in trouble cause it's the "last part in the chain" before the air is filtered/re-processed.

Just to say I have seen 3 Ufos in my lifetime. I only saw them. Who and what powered them I do not know.

The only way to explain the way these things move is that they are hollograms. Projections.

been thinking about this direction, let's take it one step further
hologram/light make some sense, you could wheel around hologram/light at very high speeds because it would have no mass
what about particles that are like light, i.e particles with no mass which is what light photons are
or 'leaks' from other universes, holograms could be a way of describing such leaks

Well light photons do have mass, but it's below the critical quantum threshold. I believe the threshold is 0. 24 zeros 1 of a gram, and light photons are 0. 26 zeros 1. It's two more zeros anyway. But a projection wouldn't need to generate it's own energy, that would be provided at source. Therefore no propulsion system is needed.
The barrier between universes becoming thin enough to allow light to travel in-between them is scarier than the thought of aliens to me. I'd rather think of something safer, like satellites or high altitude aircraft doing the projecting with radar spoofing capabilities. The kind of stuff that the military has been playing with for decades.

yeah, aliens(or worse) that can cross the barrier in an instant
that's maybe as scary as it gets

Lol guys the reason I stopped astro and quantum physics is because it terrified me when I research too much.Aliens? Lol that should be the last of your worries
