I put cup hooks every 1.5 ft on a 10' ×1"× 4" cheap board then put two 8 penny nails 2/3 from each corner to secure each pre peeped board to each side of a bedroom then run string in between each labeling every 12 hour section to its self . this will allow you to keep a hang dry and cure section . I cure in cheap ruber made totes . cycling all hanging branches .

Tip cheap Wal-Mart close pins are your friend during this process .

2nd Tim air mattress in living room gives you a bed room for drying . I sleep in my living room, every out door harvest season .

3rd tip . just de- leaf hanging branches to keep humity down and maintain better utilization of space.

4th keep humidity vs tempin check .stay well and out of the bad zones . ( wall Mart and other places sell cheap battery powered temp/humity monitors that are extremely help full )

I am sure you got this . just thought a second opinion is helpful and who knows maybe some one can take a page from it .b

I could,go on longer but I am keeping as basic as possible so all can utilize information . if I can help in any other way let me know ?

Looking good chunky:tiphat:

I try to deleaf right there while I'm bucking them off the plant, try to chop everything with no sugar on it for the dense stuff like the cookies and I leave move leaves on the stuff that is fluffy-er or was more immature the way I like my day time smoke.

what temp and humidity do you like to run on your OD?

ive been trying to hold 51-54% humid and the temp is set to 67.

when I bring buds in from the rain the humidity bumps up a bit but it's holding good, first buds will get tote-ed soon.

your idea with the boards and hooks is cool, wound up hanging EMT and bought 200 hangers.
picture.php

what's left of the main patch yesterday, it was sunny and cool and I bucked and deleafed outside all day.
picture.php

this morning I smoked some OGKB 2.0 that was pulled first maybe 5-6 days ago , i left it on the router over night to dry up.

it was good and plenty potent, has that OD taste from the extra wax but it was real nice for a speed dry.
got some sour dubb on the router tonite for the morning.

picture.php

the frost a couple nights back stimulated the slow girls to get to work, one day one rain tomorrow then sunny weather is supposed to be back.

Are you even fungally dominate Bro?
picture.php

last night I moved a trailer full of forum and wedding cake and gmo into the barn, gotta get lights on them.
not certain if it will be worth the energy to give them a couple more weeks.

the 2 big ones in the ground look like they are finishing faster now and the wedding cake in the groud is bulking now too.
SSH was all silver this AM and her hairs turned almost overnite too.

For hang dry . I prefer 50-60 % humidity at 62- 65 degrees , its always wether dependent . my drying room is a bed room and has pretty much no control .

That’s too bad about the wet rainy weather ...!!!...

I’m pulling for you

thanks man! we had an inch the past 24 hrs but a week of mild sun ahead so I'm feeling pretty positive about the plants outside getting a week to finish.

the frost we had a few days back seemed to hurry them the fuck up.

I realized how fucked up my thinking was a few days back when I was finding all this bud rot in the Dosis and 2.0.
looking back at these pictures of 2.0 the last time it came out nice in '16 was making me feel certain I'd have a repeat performance this year if only I could go that many days again.

picture.php

So it's pretty and all but I was really thinking if I could just get some to Oct 9 it would be purple again and real pretty but nothing is turning purple yet and I lost the nicest tops to mold on the inside that I couldn't see until you cut into them.

the real deal is we had more nice weather this year, the plants had more nutes and they were way fatter, harder more early and not as good candidates to handle the rains and humidity this year.

so many factors changing, I've got information man, new shit has come to light...

[YOUTUBEIF]gbIv7W7rhx4[/YOUTUBEIF]

it was probably no more than a couple % over all but the best of the dosi and 2.0 colas were shit inside and I won't know for certain until trimming them whats up.

our culture is so caught up in linear thinking that you forget what nature is capable of.

today pulled the rest of the 2.0 lowers that I left out as the last couple days of rain has them looking totally beat.

smoking a joint of 2.0 now that came off the first days harvest that's hanging in there now. wanted to see if it was dry enough to burn without adding heat to it and it smokes nice, tastes green still but ready to spend a few weeks in totes.

resin is off the hook, took pics.
picture.php

shit was stuck to my lips right away. I wanna win the cup again but with OD this year, lol!
makes it's own sauce!
picture.php

grabbed a few Chem 4s that went long today and finished up pretty dank. got an ass ton of 4 and D with 2 more D's up still.

mostly forum up still it's looking and smelling better now but the buds really can hold some rain.

wedding cake might turn out OK with a few more days, she's frosted up fast and smelling real nice.
picture.php

SSH on the left is getting stinky and really silver the last couple days and going to need support or harvest before it rains again.
picture.php

bunch of ECSD lowers in the rest of the pic flopping proppys...

think I have about 75% down now.

mmnnn, testing some Headband now that's been hanging for only a week, super gassy and expando!
only had 2 out there one in 10 gal and one in a mound, really sorry I didn't plan better on this, it's in my top 5 cuts and such an early trigger.
next year she will be the most planted girl.

the sour dubb too, she really shines even though she's early, picked right when she's loudest and the full sun she got doesn't make you feel like it's immature.

The Full Sun Rules Man!!!

some of you will smoke this with the chunkster soon...

sunny days forecast for the next week, no rain or frost scheduled, woo-hoo!

Stupid Silver haze is gonna finish I think. she's getting her smell and frost and even a bit of purple.

this was one of the great finds from Mass genetics events last year. Old Skool Bomb!
picture.php

Wedding Cake. didn't think this late flowering skeezer would even come close to the finish line but mother nature was kind this year and my plants and soil were healthy...

frosting factory.

got two big forums in the ground that are looking like this and smelling legit so I'm feeling happy about the finish here.

thanks Dawg, I dunno about SoCal but it's big in Vegas!

puffing on some as I type, got 50 gallons in tubs and more hanging still.

everything is smoking great so far, had the first decent buds I've ever pulled off this Chem 4 clone I've had for a while.
it was real nice.
pulled all my forums in pots today and the tops from the planted ones.
picture.php

the forum buds can hold alot of water in them and it's gonna freeze tonite so better safe than sorry.

they came out way better than I hoped!
picture.php

Wedding Cake got topped and letting the bottoms ride out the last of the decent weather.

The Gorrilabreath clone I found over the summer labeled "G". It's probably too early to really tell but from smoking the mom and seeing how it grows short and stocky without much stretch, I kind of think I found something in the 9.5 out of 10 range. Strong smell with the garlic tones of the glue and rock hard chunks on very stiff branches.
Couldn't fit the whole plant in the picture because there's some panda film stapled across the entrance so I just took a pic of the bottom, close to 40 days, maybe 45 of 12/12. We just flipped a big one at my friends place so I'm interested to see how she goes. This one I flipped at about 12" tall and 12" wide. Anyway it's a long road to finding real keepers from seed so...:)

Sounds like the GMO finished up pretty early outdoors

nope, it was one of the last to trigger. it's a very loud and frosty cut but the buzz is nothing special for me and I never smoke it unless I'm out of my faves.
A couple 62 day 2.0 shots.

stupid frosty with your crazy high watts per foot but it looks like the bud size is reduced compared to the ones in Chacos pics in the next post, no?

I want to see you with a 4x4 or 5x5 and a tray of cookies under one of those lamps, I think you would up your yields a bunch.

killer looking buds though bro!!! wish you were close enough to session.

This one might be my best 2.0 grow yet. I'm so happy I had to post it up.:)

that's looking good, interested in smoking your 2.0 bro and seeing how it comes out in your talented hands. should land back in your hood around Turkey day!

I tell everybody I give those GorillaBreath seeds to that there's some serious magic in those beans.

insane flavors in them beans as well as crazy frost and highs.

hope to smoke with you soon again...:tiphat:

--------------------------------

so I got a large capacity scale so I could weigh some of these bins that are filling up, pretty stoked that they hold 2-3 units for fluffier stuff like the chems and ecsd and over 5 for cookies.

finished with way more than the 2 year supply I was shooting for here.

got the patch all cleaned up and I measured the area, it was roughly 60 x 12.

going to plant less next year but try to get them in earlier. emptied out about 700 gallons from pots into the space in between my mounds so the patch will be ready to drop clones into next year.

got a new seal a mealer and some rolls and I'm giving away most of the excess untrimmed. there's a couple more poor folks that I've been wanting to help but I've not had much excess in the past couple years. in the past prolly the most I ever gave to anyone at one time was about a unit, this year I'll be able to crush the couple that are sickest. one guy can get out of his wheelchair and walk around on sticks if he has 7-10 grams a day but that's all he can afford for a month on disability. he's going to be real happy soon.

it will be huge to not have the electric bill for indoor next year, super stoked for the bounty this year!:woohoo:

the Chem D and four both smoking nice as is the Cake and Forum which I was worried about. ECSD and Bubb are both super loud and fire.

dosis and 2.0 finished very dank and the Headband is crazy fuel.

I prefer dank indo in terms of aroma and the flavor is more delicate but the effects of the OD are fuller to me, i'm more satisfied by it, at least when it comes out like this year.

bunch of stuff I have not sampled yet, still have wet cookies hanging, gotta force myself into trimming and storage mode, mostly into smoking fatties mode now.

in the past I usually just put out a few clones and grew out my seeds to test them and that was what I gave out, really glad I went all in on clones OD this year, they might yield less but I have plenty of my favorites now and they were virtually free!

Ya I think if I could fit more plants in it would help my yield too. This tray had to go in pretty short since where I placed this tray I was height restricted. Still the yield wasn't too bad but I have noticed with these 630s, the buds are more compact and that's not even strain dependent. Happens all across the board for me... Maybe lights too close????

you sit trays above res for flood and drain, right?

think you would have to rig something on the floor, like drain to sump with a pump or something.

Ya trays sit above and do kinda kill my height. If I dropped down my trays id have to go dtw or find a sump system to drain to and pump back to res. Either way it'd get res out of the room and open up height...
