I wonder what happened to the real Headband? the shit that actually squeezed your head and has the crazy terp profile?
pretty much dropped off the face of the earth in this decade.
Cali dispensaries were full of it then the green rush happened and it disappeared with the real Trainwreck.
when the big full sun grows blew up most everyone switched to seeds outside and lots of shit changed.
I'm gonna guess the real headband was a crappy yielder or tough to clone or maybe prone to disease.
I loved it as much as SD or OG and really miss it.
I thought legalization would bring us clone stores that had all the classic goodies.
I guess I'll puff some cookies.

I'm not usually on here but thought I'd put up a few pics of the sluggo I grew, I got them free when I bought some gorilla breath. I took her to 66 days as I had others to finish and no room to hang. She came out amazing and has a real sweet and spicy smell to her. I'm looking forward to smoking her. Grown organically in Oz.
So just wanted to say thanks for getting these beans out there, they come out dank!
I've journalled this strain with a few others over on RIU if you want any more details

Chunky did well with this one!!The Daywrecker I know and love smells like a few skunks were fucking in a tub of fuel. I always describe her as skunky, fuely funk. She's amazing, never really smelled anything sweet from her. But she looks like she came out great for you nonetheless

did you pop the GorillaBreath? make sure to spread and save the pollen from those as it has really made some amazing crosses when you hit a great clone with it.
I'm so happy I spread that Gorilla Breath pollen on everything.

2.0 is wonderfully dank if you let her finish. try parking one in the aisle between your lights as an experiment after you pull the others and save it for your stash, your pain will be glad you did.

when the 2bx Gorilla Twin pollen was ready I didn't have any gg#4 to hit up but I've got the pollen so I'll prolly make it.
CookieBoi on the Glue changed it pretty hard and I don't think he's the right male for seeds that will resemble the Glue.
I'm thinking that males from Locomotive Breath (ECSD x CookieBoi) might be a better starting point for the Glue Backcross that would make more sour and glue dominate plants and less cookie dom.
So I'm happy to report that after cleaning and sorting the first plants coming down from 2 lights of pollenated plants that my skills have improved.
Unfortunately my favorite jars are empty as a result of all the seed making but there will be a steady supply dropping shortly.
also going to pack all packs in the next drop at 20 beans total for you seed fiends!
Stink Panties x CookieBoi finally hit the sweet spot and got some dark beans out of her. Panty Breath coming up. 45 in a gram of seeds.
Forum Breath ( Forum GSC x CookieBoi) 59 seeds per gram.
Protip, when growing weed in a patch of corn and sunflowers don't get scared and top it.

730 grams (26 oz's ) on the first 6 plants i took down at 65 days
846 grams (30 oz's ) on the second set of 6 plants taken down at 71 days
only 6oz's shy of 4 lbs from 12 plants under 2 1000watt HPS
heres the 2.0 at 71 days .....
i will say , that extra week made a 10 fold difference in density , frost & potency !!!
