do old farts still smoke old strains?

When I smoked back in the mid 80's early 90’s we had mex brick weed and what they called Green bud. What strains were those? Just a lil bit of skunk back then. You took what ppl had, if they had anything. I felt like I really scored when I got a bag of leaf a few times.. Used a bong for that. These days kids don't even know you can smoke leaf..

The Christmas tree and rainbow I had in the 70’s were both Colombian. As was the red bud…God I miss that one.

There was a period of time when it seemed like each batch was nicer and more spicy than the one before.

I remember growing Colombian, Jamaican and Panamanian from bag seed back in the 70's. Was always an adventure to grow them. They finished up down south in november, december, so QPs for Christmas presents to my close friends made for a good time and the occassionally angry spouse.

I have nearly 30 Sweet Tooth 4 seeds from SOTF. Look forwards to seeing what happens with them.

When I started smoking it was all Sativa bud and Indica hash.

But I do like Kali Mist and Hawaiin Sativas more than anything with the name KUSH. Those are old far strains for sure....just not the ancient of the ancients.

I was in Jamaica in the 90"s with the wife and grabbed some local lambs I think???
Well we smoked out and both of us were plain and simply toast.
We ended up on the floor asleep with the lights on and a bed a few feet away thats all I remember now.
