DNA- Chocolope

Chocolope at 60 days. Have 2 different pheno's. One that leans way more sativa and is taller and the second is more on the indica side of things. Shorter and bigger buds.
The sativa leans towards the Chocolate thai in leaves and appearence.
Second to last isindica dominant
Last picture is sative dominant

I'm thinking of doing this cross myself on next run.
I Have choc and og kush growing side by side right now and they have a very similar grow structure.

ok so there is no such strain as chocolate thai haze like I thought..chocolate thai is a landrace I believe,from Thailand. which is the mother of chocolope. so your saying your pheno has a good mix of both parents ?

If Chocolope is anything like the Chocolate Thai I had in the eighties it is a very dark chocolate smell and smooth hashy taste with a very heavy stone...it was a very stretchy plant I couldnt ever take all the way to mature outdoor while hiding it in my parents backyard.

Does Chocolope have this chocolate smell? It sounds like the stone is more uplifting than the narcotic high that I remember. I would love to try this strain again, as soon as the Humboldt indica became the norm I never saw it again and people started calling Mexican brick weed Thai

I got no chocolate out of the pheno I ended up with. Very pungent ripe cantalope/mellon smelling and tasting.

the seeds look like some of the Thai seed I have had in the past .. who knows maybe they are more Thai then haze ..

Hey People
My choc is at day 68 12/12 and the girl is showing alot of clear trichomes at this point.
Her roommates are just about ready for chop,chop. they all need to go at once. my tent is my dry room too. I can hold out a little longer but i was going to put them all into darkness for three days then chop. So that would bring it all to 71 days.

anyone familiar with sativa looking phenotype of chocolope?
I have it, and she looks like she'll go over 100 days
very thin stems, sativa thin leaves and long, airy flowers all along the branch
she smelled like lemon candy at the beginning and now she puts more fruity smell

I got it in feminized pack purchased this year
also 3 other phenos from this pack and one looks like absolute winner - short, compact plant with big, heavy buds and beautiful fruity smell
Ill try to take some pictures and upload em

Ill have pics in about 9-10 weeks.

Fwiw, mine smell like hot rotting fruit until they are completely dried. Almost foul. Then it transformers into sweet ripe melon dankness. Anybody else get that?
