To be clear, mine was a cloudy when I first brought them together, and only slightly turned after 6 months in a cupboard. But it was still viable. I use amber glass bottles.

I am at 67 days tomorrow but not sure when they got pollenated. Guess I will try to open a few pods and check for maturity. What do you guys do? I normally wait 2 extra weeks than normal. Getting close.

Thanks
LT

I wait until the pods start dying and turning brown, *if I'm in a rush for seed. Otherwise, be patient, stay strong, and let her go. :)

Thanks for a great thread.
Trying to reverse a c99 x abc, looks like it might have worked, the bud looks different? Sorry for poor quality photo! Can you tell if these are male preflowers forming?

Time will tell, I guess in only one week I will see clearly if it has worked, but it would be nice to get an indication in advance.

0.02 molar solution.
Actually applied on fan leaf and nodes with a paint brush instead of spraying.
Once at flip, second time after a week, and third time one week later. So three times within a month, might be too intense and give me empty or sterile pods. Or I might be lucky having stopped treatment just in time.

Anything darker than a straw color indicates some silver is precipitating, even if it's not cloudy. If it's bad, after some time there will be a very small amount of fine dark precipitate at the bottom - the very small amount of silver that was in the solution. These bottles can also be wrapped with foil and kept in the fridge.

Keep us posted! I'm right behind you with 3 plants getting 3mM 3 sprays, 2 and 1.

Pollen sac?

Pollen sac?

Good day guys,
Can you say if this picture is showing bud formation or pollen sac formation.

This c99 x abc was already flowering when I applied sts. Looks like that was too late a stage for it to work. Still see white residue from the sts solution on leaves and petioles, but no male flowers. Do you think these buds still have time to produce seeds if fem pollen from the previous photo is ready next week?

They may still have time for seeds. But I would not doubt if you still get some male expression. If so you may not know which one was the pollen donor. How many times have you sprayed? And how far into flower?

It is harder to see the male pods poking through if you have a lot of female flowers already. But look close, they may already be trying to poke though.

Funny you should say that, GG.
I actually found a nanner on this bud, I can be seen on the top right on this photo from a different angle.

reversals

CBD Pure - RSC and Vietnam Black (TY MrD).

Applied CS 1x per day (to the nodes, not fans) for 4 days before flip, then applied 0.01 Molar solution of STS (to the nodes only) 3 times (spaced 5 days apart), with the first application at flip to 11/13.

it was the sigma recipe diluted with distilled water to 0.01M. I only make about 15 ml of 0.02M sts solution at a time and I diluted it with another 15 ml of distilled. The 30 ml diluted sts sol will reverse 4 clones, maybe 5.

@weedeasy, nice!
