I didn't suggest getting Gu~ out of here - I said if moderation of truth was at risk because of monetary reasons, then I'd be willing to cover his advertising costs.
That's a big difference - in fact, they are two completely different things.
About the ONLY thing I can say positive about him, is he doesn't edit / moderate posts. But then again, controversy is part of his business model, and it serves his purpose for me to even acknowledge his existence unfortunately.
I really only went back to that because of his comments about Karma going back on his word and I know first hand that wasn't true.
You're a good dude all in all FlaDankster - my rep message to you aside. I do know - if Grownout was still posting, he wouldn't stand for any of this non-sense either.

haha oops you’re absolutely right it was the OGx cross. funny i mixed those up because the OGx x snowman was one of my favorites of many seeds popped that year.
i missed that reclassification thing. what happened? it’s no longer considered a mycorrhiza?

i grew four OGx x snowman females in a single container and they were quite uniform. tall plants with minimal branching and big knobby rock hard buds that would knock you over if someone hit you in the head w one. really loud halitosis and menthol kinda funk that stained my grinder and was all i’d smell even after grinding up other loud and lovely buds.
lost her in the kerfuffle when i left maine.
i’m dying to grow more of this.
They did molecular analysis of ribosomal DNA and found it wasn't in the genius Glmous - but rhizophagus. It is still the same thing, so still myco - just a better understanding of what it is has lead to a more accurate classification. (wiki)

This is what I learned from debating/arguing with dj knock off people. Don't keep talking about the shady folks, they just use it as promotion to keep their bullshit business alive.
On a kinder note, nice grow amigo. That cobalt haze looks fantastic. Have you made an led purchase yet? Im pretty happy with my first run under the Samsung panels icky made for me. Not sure if hes re upped his inventory, but it may be worth checking in on. He made me some 190w panels, I connect 3 together to cover a 4x4 like a traditional 600w in flower. In veg I can use 3 of these, so about 600w and cover 4x8 for veg and they crush great growth either way. Im doing a side by side with my blue star cut under 2 600w se hps vs. 2 570w led panels. I already harvested a small variety crop under some of these leds and am happy with the quality, yield, and effect. Dj's blue heaven mother plant turned out the best ive grown it yet. These are some shitty pics, but gives you an idea. More berry flavor came out too...?

Beautiful. DJ is lucky to have such a skilled and passionate grower at the helm of displaying his work. You've done an excellent job. I really need to study up on the new stuff and perhaps give his gear a try again. It's been over a decade.

The Sis/PK is going to be hit with the GG4 x GROM/Digi line - just because I can. The gene pool is a solid performer, and I liked the male - wish it was a female, but alas.
We are going to sprout more of those seeds next anyway. I'm looking for potential cup winners and I know the Snow Monkey line Genetic Freaked made holds contenders. I do my level best to try new things when opportunities present. I like to support a few breeders in particular, I said this thread would be close friends and F.A.M.I.L.Y. genes only.
That's why you'll still get to see the Mochi and Cheese crosses, even though they got locked down. That's why you'll get to see some of $mike's private gear he's been working on behind the scenes. That's why you'll see me growing things like the Chem Sis x Pure Kush fems that were given for free, as a kind gesture from a FRIEND who knows I love Chem Sis. I grow the genes I do, to make complete the full generosity of the gesture, by giving the genetics life.
It means more to me to stare at seeds that I packaged, sent to another continent. Watched someone buy - then grow in yet a 3rd country. 6 years later, seeds were returned to me, FOR FREE - from those genetics, as they once again, re-entered their country of origin. 5x through international customs over the course of their trip.
When I grow those ChemSour x SSCDH F2 seeds here very soon - the sheer wonder that will fill my soul - at the absurdity of what is before me. When it ALL sets in. What WE DO. And why.
The cannabis I choose to grow, I AM proud of. IT MEANS something to me. It's value, is truly immeasurable.
This is a sincere "THANK YOU" - to all the real heads that have made my garden possible over the years and those that continue to do so.
I'll try to keep up. I'll keep paying it forward. Stick around. I'm going to make it rain JLP style.

I've mentioned the Sis/PK flower structure - if you look, you can see the meristem and the secondary lateral growth for flower formation. The whole plant, is really just these little diamond covered pyramids that really put on a 3-4 calyx stack at the top of each flower, really exaggerating their peak/crown.
