Did you know the costa ricans drunken their turkeys before slaughter.

You are pathetic inadequate little man if you get off on slitting poor defenceless turkeys throats and standing there jerking off while they bleed slowly to death.
You Failure!!!!!!!!

You can't even spell, or understand where our food comes from. Get a clue.:tiphat:

I worked for a friend once processing turkeys ...yeehaw...I think everyone should have to process their own food atleast once to see and know whats involved...I have killed and processed all kinds of animals over the years..most folks couldn't handle it and prefer someone else to do the dirty....and just buy neatly packaged food like it magically appears..everytime you eat an animal you should thank it for giving its life and realize what was involved..some people prefer to bury their heads in the sand tho..

Unfortunately 35-40lb turkeys wouldn't fit in our meat bird cones... Tried a grainsack with a hole in it for the first one, after about 3seconds of that bs I just craddled them to my chest till we got to the cutting block....

Imagine that tho...your drunk hanging with your turkey buddies chilling and some MOFO with a sack comes in and puts you in it...scary....

Picking them up gently like I would to check their weight and feel their meat potential :p

We raised a couple to over 10lbs dressed and we did those in a bucket we cut a hole in the bottom of. When I was younger the guy I worked for raised turkeys, the amount of power they have can be scary. I'd defineatley want them restrained haha
How tall were your turkey tractors?

8ft at the peak, I used a lawn tractor to slowly drag it to the new spot 2times a day....

They loved eating garter snakes (im on a migration route)...

Definately powerful birds, one of the reasons I stayed friendly with them and would go into thier tractor to hand feed "treats" every day.... Spagetti and grapes were their favorites....

^^ beware of people bearing gifts ( and holding a grainsack ).

That advice has served me well at least.

Hey, while we are on the subject, and I think most people here are from the US, so do you guys eat lamb/mutton?

Just curious, because when I drove a taxi cab, I picked up 4 Americans from a luxury hotel, and they wanted to be taken to a certain restuarant.

And this woman middle aged sat in the front passenger seat and I remember her saying in a loud indignant voice, "I don't eat lamb, I'm American".

I mean I live in a country where there are 74 million sheep, so we grew up eating them.

But what that woman said in my taxi, does that mean there are no sheep in the US, or does she equate sheep with something middle eastern people (terrorists) eat?

It means the woman was stupid. I'm American and lamb chops are awesome. Or some lamb curry, mmmm.
