well i got nailed cops took everything took me to jail burglarized my place lawyers says he thinks he can get felony sales dropped to simple possesion no biggie there was at ccdc for lil over 24 hours posted bond 6 am the first time i got to make a call they housed me in a medical ward wouldnt give me my methadone or xanax and thats seizure time kinda shit anyways all scripts none expired totally legal nothing going on with them notta daqmn thing my ex decided she was outta here opk fine she set me up here left baby in the car had me grab her and zoomed into house i said no she was only ther to drop off baby she grabbed baby and headed for front door where i was standing i asked for my daughter she done a 180 i figured she was heading out the gate ya know whatever but she picked it up hit 911 called them then 3 mins later calls and says don't need ya but i knew tey were coming i put two huge boxes told her to say this is my shit i'm out no need for you bye but oh no over an art easel she didnt get to take until i was in jail and then after the cops ran sacked my place while i was in jail so was she and her new boyfriend really fucked up had 12 in flower 2 cards in nevada so 6 over about 35=-40 days out plus about 10 ready to start flower vegs and a bunch of tiny ass clones how can you rally call a clone a rooted clone until you see life from it whatevr this is bullshit brothers and sisters

The reflector hood in my flower room works great, its made of the German style dimpled reflective metal but uninsulated and only a single thickness. I've got an oversized axial fan moving the air around in there, it blows around the hood, while the hood doesn't get too hot due to air cooling (can rest my hand on top) it seemed a large amount of heat was coming off it due to convection. I took an old piece of 1/2" foamboard insulation, bent and stuck it on there with some metallic tape (stays sticky even when hot):
It reduced temperatures in there by about 6°F, enough to allow me to run the AC a lot less,
! I want to make some pieces for the sides as well, they get pretty warm.

hey bumble buddy if your fan is pulling enough air your hoods should be cool to the touch so therefore no need to insulate them know what i mean i had 3 1000 watt hps in sealed 10 x 6 room in sealed hoods with an 8 inch vortex 800 series just scrubbing the air that moved through my hoods my first year i insulated my ducting then the next didnt even waste my time and didnt even notice a difference i say save your money just buy a good fan thats the key that and running hard ducting
but ya 1500 this lawyer says he can get it dropped to simple possesion which is 600 dollar fine and get my equipment back personally i dunno if i even want to take the deal becasue of what they done and took here most of the shit they took for example my work tools imma union carpenter so i got tools i need places to store them the room was cut in half and some of my tools where stored on one side not the grow side of course but they took anything that was going to cost me good money to replace they cant prove i made one dime off anything becasue i didnt i had a lil medical journal and it was my costs to purchase meds which i'm allowed to do so i could write them off in my taxes lol i write everything off lights hoods RO's hash machines the works fuck em havent ever had a problem yet even write off my card expenses

ya ya me too the price quote i got was through a lawyer thats competent been practicing law here for 30+ years he works with the bondsmen that bonded me out and is giving me an affordable rate mind you i've already posted 1600 to get out the bondsman and this particular lawyer grew up together out in henderson i believe and it wasnt planned that there careers were to cross paths it just so happens they did and he was a bondsman and my lawyer was a criminal lawyer he's guranteeing me my stuff back and if any kinda charge simple possesion but his intention is to get everything supressed fruit of a posinous tree

I just wouldn't take any deal, you are allowed to have MJ and they removed your equipment in violation of your rights as a card holder. I would demand my constitutional right to a speedy trial in front of a jury of my peers. It won't take them much time to decide not to prosecute, because they have no evidence of anything except possession of MMJ by a card holder.
Make sure your atty knows exactly how much the pigs stole from you, also make sure the pigs have to pay for anything they broke. They aren't allowed to break anything and have a duty to hold, then RETURN your weed.
NRS 453A.400 Possession of registry identification card not permissible grounds for search or inspection; care and return of seized property; determination that person is engaged or assisting in medical use of marijuana in accordance with provisions of chapter.
1. The fact that a person possesses a registry identification card issued to the person by the Division or its designee pursuant to NRS 453A.220 or 453A.250 does not, alone:
(a) Constitute probable cause to search the person or the person’s property; or
(b) Subject the person or the person’s property to inspection by any governmental agency.
2. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, if officers of a state or local law enforcement agency seize marijuana, drug paraphernalia or other related property from a person engaged or assisting in the medical use of marijuana:
(a) The law enforcement agency shall ensure that the marijuana, drug paraphernalia or other related property is not destroyed while in the possession of the law enforcement agency.
(b) Any property interest of the person from whom the marijuana, drug paraphernalia or other related property was seized must not be forfeited pursuant to any provision of law providing for the forfeiture of property, except as part of a sentence imposed after conviction of a criminal offense.
(c) Upon a determination by the district attorney of the county in which the marijuana, drug paraphernalia or other related property was seized, or the district attorney’s designee, that the person from whom the marijuana, drug paraphernalia or other related property was seized is engaging in or assisting in the medical use of marijuana in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the law enforcement agency shall immediately return to that person any usable marijuana, marijuana plants, drug paraphernalia or other related property that was seized.

awesome brother i had the law printed out and it was some of the "paperwork they took i wonder if they logged it in to there whole deal this is all i needed right here no fucking way am i taking a deal no worries there not after seeing this for the 20th or so time now and having an actual copy and proof of it its on like donkey kong bitches thanx once again i knew they couldnt do this how they done it it wasnt an illegal grow at all sure i was over but that doesnt constitute any rico statutes or anything they're claiming intent becasue i had a scale and weed well it says in the law im allowed to have that shit i've taken pics of what i could some ppl before me cleaned some shit up and whayt not in the interest of my kid and so forth this place wasnt so clean you could lick your dinner off the floor but it wasnt anywhere near what they left it like thanx alot brother
