Definitely. Riverside is huge, starting in the arm pit of LA then stretching out to 120 degree heat and pure desert. I think Riverside goes up to the mountains around Big Bear too.is riverside still desert??

I am pretty sure that the cultivation recs.have been fazed out. I believe the limit is 100 Sq ft. in California, and you have to prove that your condition needs that quantity of meds. not sure exactly, Mojave will probably have more knowledge than me. I know people who have been popped stealing power and got house arrest and probation, they just want a huge fine. I heard something about Adelanto approval for commercial grow. I don't have any idea how that's working.
You still need a rec to grow meds legally.
I guess I didn't write it correctly. Yes you need a rec. Prior to 2015 you could pay the doctor extra for a cultivation rec, which supposedly allows 99 plants. The cultivation rec was just a way for the doctor to make more money. I may be wrong but I have read that each patient can have a 100 Sq ft garden.
The rec you are referring to is just a scam drs run to charge more. This info is available everywhere, so I won't rehash it a thousandth time here. CA currently only has one rec although many on here think differently. Your Dr can put 10000 plants and 100lbs of weed on your rec and it doesn't mean anything. If you are growing as a patient only then the rec is all you need. Plant counts for patients have been challenged twice and ruled unconstitutional each time. 6 plants or 99 plant recs don't mean shit. A rec is a rec is a rec is a rec.
You're doing the right thing by asking questions here and doing research, but I'd spend a couple days pouring over the related prop 215 laws in their entirety and read related court cases to see the court's interpretation. If your thinking those 99 plant recs drs charge extra for are worth anything in court you need to do more research. Just a friendly suggestion. Your best bet is a regular rec or an "authorization to grow" from someone you know with a collective and have them worry about plant counts if your uncertain.
meant to quote a different post bro (I only ever jump on here when I get a chance to smoke a bowl, dab, or joint and chill out for a few minutes on my phone - that should be a caveat to anything I say). Your post was one I was referring to when I said its been hashed over many times before so I won't bother with the whole story. didn't mean to quote you, then correct you by saying the same thing you said.Did you even read the post? Obviously not. I clearly wrote that the 99 limit was a scam. You can grow as many plants as you can prove you need for your medical needs. The feds are a different story. I would not go over 99. With governor Browns new regulations, there will be a 100 Sq ft limit on medical grows. The plant limits were the thrown out by the courts last year. plant limits are nonexistent in cali. Seed to harvest tracking is also in the new regulations. A medical rec will allow a 100 Sq ft garden.an outdoor garden will not be what it was when you could grow 6 10 pound plants.
The black market will continue unabated in ban counties and cities. That's my prediction.
