Very nice plants man. IVe seen DC grown out from a few people now... All the plants look about the same!! Damn such a nice plant id love to try some of that, lowish yeild or not.

Those fanleaves are niiiice. Id like to scrape some of those trichs off, see what thats like



Does she have much trich production on the larger leaves in veg, toward the middle of the plant?

yea man that pheno is amazing man! it reminds me of sleepys GG grow and JLP's blue sattellite#2...the poofy trichome collar around the sugar leaves is amazing!!!! jeeez i cant wait to see the hash shots!

Here's that cola after about 5 days dry. Not very impressive in size, but definately high in quality. I smoke about a g of her before these pics, so there's about 5g left.

There's still at least 5 g left on the plant, and 11g isn't that bad for a small DC, so I'm happy.

Those flowers sure do look tastey. And the leaf margins have as many trichs as the buds! Can't wait to try out powerhouse. Wish i could have gotten the DC before the bidding wars started on Seedbay. I 'll just have to separate out the DC Dominant phenos and make some beans.

The flower pics were taken about 2-3 days before I posted them, so it took about 5 days to dry out to 'stem crackin' levels. But it'll still need to sweat a bit.

I haven't heard of a 'hash pheno' of DC, altho I do recall there is a rare super-killer pheno of DC. It might have been in the HTC forum before it was deleted..

Yeah BC i remember well what Tom Hill said about the DC. The very best one are not common. Probably have to do with some kind of inbreding depression ya know....DC is by his own account heavily worked for years if not decades, in fact.

I thought I'd post up some pics of the rest of the plant. I could only let her go to 58 days on this run unfortunately, as circumstances just didn't allow me to take it to 65.

I'll be running my next clones to at least 65 days, and may take one or 2 to 70-75.

But overall I'm pretty happy with the results, still got about 10-11 g from a 1 gallon pot. I'm more than happy with that from DC on my 1st run with her. She was much stretchier than usual as she was crowded in flower so all the plants reached for the lights more than usual.

DC @ 58 days and trimmed..

Hey Bean Counter, have you ever smoked any other phenos of DC other than the one in the pics in this thread? I have only smoked one pheno and have had that cloned. I just dropped all the rest of the deep chunk that I have so any info would be helpfull

Hey IL.. I think it should be said that there are no 'bad' phenos of DC IME..

I have smoked samples from the other 3-4 fems that this cut was picked from, and they were all pretty much identical. This one was jus the most beautiful, and the most purple..

From what I've gathered there are 2 prominant phenos.. the 'tubular' pheno, which is the classic Tom Hill pheno, with the curled bud leaves, and intense resin production. My pheno above would be considered a tubular pheno.

The other pheno is the less pretty pheno, with less resin production. But I have a friend who actualy prefers this pheno to the tubular one.

I only remember vaguely the mention of a rare, super killer pheno, but can't remember any details.

since DC looks alot different outside, it's gonna be hard to compare your's to mine or other indoor phenos..

But any pheno is good, that's what DC is all about.. I hope pike/NGT stops by with some details from the archives.. now i know why they save all that info!

thanks. yes, i def notice some similarities between my bubba and DC.. Thick/chunky stocks/stems, large deep green leaves, and tons of lower shoots not getting full light because of it.

Except bubba has more vigor, branches and is topped much better, and roots a little better. I still have smoked my Bubba yet, so i can't compare the flavors..
