My condolenses to you and yours MOD... i hope you can find peace to celebrate his life without sadness.

few months ago my dog that was very sick died over night, and my 3 year old neese came up to me as a i mourned the loss and she said to me, " snoopy is not in pain any more why are you still sad? " ... it really hit home , sometimes you have to realise that its better that they pass than have to keep living with pain that could be gone in just a second.

So sorry for your loss. My father also passed from cancer three years ago. As did my grandmother months before. It still hurts but every day it gets better because he is no longer in pain. My condolences go out to you and your family.

for what its worth,
I just took 5 cuts from my mother tonite (routine maintenance),
and dedicated the first to your old man and internet friendship..
