Custom Growcab, complete build

sirtokesalot - I've yet to complete the ducting because i'm still waiting on the orca film and the rest of the equipment, but, I'm pretty positive with my design it will be light proof. Between the Cab will be a Y ducting preventing light from passing from a lights on veg cab to a lights off flower cab


1337micro - I haven't kept the lights on yet as I've only just started getting the equipment in. Still on the way is orca film, 6"inch vortex fan, phresh filter carbon scrubber, 8x T-5 fixture, and a can max fan 334 CFM to cool the Lights, as well as a Sunmaster HO 600w hps bulb. It looks like I'll receive everything by friday.

I've got a few batches of seeds, but my first run of two strains will be Ak-47 from serious seeds (i'd like to put that scrubber to the test) and C-99 BX1 from Mosca seeds (because everyones in search of the holy grail..)

I'm hoping my research, reading, and then doing all that about five times over gets me over any learning curve, and that i can adjust to any unforeseen problems rather quickly.

Much credit to the process needs to be given to Feyd, as he and I have spent many days grueling over the idea, and the past week spending hours and hours playing carpenter.

And also, ICMag for the ridiculous amount of information, because without it, I wouldn't be doing what I'm doing.

Ah wow bro. I have been reading all over the web and checking out grow boxes. And I have to say that I now know what cab I'm gonna build soon. Thanks for all the pic so far. Don't know if you mentioned it already but what strains are you planning on growing again.

I have pretty much the same size cab as your whole build, just turned on its side.

I really like the idea of spitting the veg and flower, Too late for me.
Maybe a future build.

Will be sweet to see some greens in there.
