Like what others said, it looks like they started to germ while still on the sticks. Never seen that before.

Just popped 2x - Deep Cheese fem and 8x - GG#4 x SSSDH reg.
Thinking of taking a male GG4 x SSSDH and hitting the Deep Cheese.

My friend is taking the GG#4, reversing her, and hitting the UnderDawg with the pollin.
So....
UnderDawg x GG#4(r) = UnderGlue.

If you like Cheese, you'll like those Deep Cheese. The one I ran had a super musky cheese funk. Made some nice foxtail buds as well(like cheese is known for)

can even U pop brand new fresh seed?,or do you have to let them sit for a week,or so for better germination?

I picked a ripe seed right out of a living plant and put it in soil. 3 days later I had a seedling. But.....that doesn't always work. Last fall when I made the Pink Bazooka hybrids I tried to start a bunch like a week after harvest. Germ rates were horrible......kinda. Some of the ones I thought were bunk, ended up germing after about 10-14 days. I had recycled the soil they were in. Planted some older seeds in the recycled soil. Bout a week after the older seeds were growing, I had random seedlings popping up out of the soil.

yeah i couldn't notice that , i got a small grainy looking pic . i can vaguely make it out though .
@ comment about using fresh seed , some will germinate about 50% seeds need to sit for around 3 months to start getting up around 98% germ rate . imo after observations on testing . others found the same , we did talk about it here while back .

Trying to back up this Green C99 pheno and thinking to S1 it with CS.....

Can S1 seed be made with only 1 cutting or are 2 separate cuttings required?

After spraying with CS will the plant that is sprayed continue to make female and male flowers or will it go full on male??

Never tried this but do have some CS handy.

You need 2 cuts to make s1's, 1 to reverse for pollen and 1 to pollinate. As far as I'm aware the plant that gets reversed won't produce seeds as you've turned it male, if it does seed its self please let me know.

I wish I could see the picture you posted, for some reason I'm unable to. I had a freebie seed from barneys that germinated in the pack that it was in, pulled it out the fridge to see that it had cracked open in the packaging.

In response to germinate fresh seed, yes you can however germination rates won't be the best. I popped some seeds from my stardawg x granola funk less than a week after harvest, although it is better to dry them then store in the fridge for a while to improve germination rates.

You need 2 cuts to make s1's, 1 to reverse for pollen and 1 to pollinate. As far as I'm aware the plant that gets reversed won't produce seeds as you've turned it male, if it does seed its self please let me know.

A reversed plant can produce seeds as long as it still has some female flowers on it. If you tip your cutting to create two main branches, then you could reverse one branch and leave the other as female.

help me figure that out...i'm not too concerned it's appears to be a small % ,along w/ some other duds, some malformed, some premature,,,TONS of mature ripe plump seed though

i got no illusions, this is just a passionate hobby & i'm not trying to make $ in the seed biz at the moment even if i could,but the seed is very valuable ...my photo's will hopefully show what i've been up too..it was just a very humble personal winter seed grow , but i'm still proud of what i've accomplished in my illegal area...i have a LOT of seed to explore...lot of genetics in here & maybe i'll find some killer plants?
