What goddamn i thought that's where the tricombs were gonna come out. How should i fix it i hear that they don't really like salt right, i should put a handful of salt around base of stem so they can't crawl up right?

they are n the plant already...laying eggs under the leaves...they hatch at 5 to 7 days i think...and can lay eggs at 2 weeks if i remember right...you can have thousands in a month...never heard bout salt for them, almost laughed when i read it>>DJXX

I think he was kidding?

My money is on him coming back saying he doesn't have mites.

The insect damage is quite apparent but considering the size of what appears to be scrapings I'd say there's a few thrips hanging out. They're tiny as funk n very difficult to see (1mm or smaller). They move with a swiftness. They hide in between the stem & the leaf petiols & other similar places. They're disease vectors & difficult to eradicate due to their size, speed & ability to fly.
I've unsuccessfully attempted eradication but have come to the conclusion that, because of my location, I've gotta deal with them.

Anyway, I'm sure your aware of them just because of your smart ass comment. It had me laughing.

Yup, you guys are getting trolled. He knows what's going on and how to fight it. Just trying to load up his clip with ammo for a future argument is all.

i'm not loading up anything for any future anything. but yeah i'm being hella sarcastic or trolling if you prefer.

i'm just sittin here like...no shit...spidermites you say? do tell...i've never heard of these...spider...mikes was it? never heard of em in like 20 years of growing. and then when the guy says "looks like you've got mold all on your plant"

no point in arguing with stihgnobevoli lol

nah you can argue lol. i like a good debate. but when people are pointing out quite obvious things like spidermites...in a thread where you show off strains/crosses you made. i would think we all know what spidermites are by now. so when people are pointing out obvious shit it sound's to me like sneak dissin, and the guy (assuming he wasn't being sarcastic; that "fuzzy white mold" is what trichomes look like my boy :comfort: ) saying the comment about the fuzzy white mold just added to me thinking more sneak dissin. cuz if you know me, you know over the years i get a lotta disses because people are in love with leaves i guess?. shit the plants aren't even in love with the leaves like that they just drop em on their own and grown new better leaves...like literally all the time...so everyone's fascination with dark green almost black leaves is kinda absurd to me :tiphat:

nothin personal just how i roll, you roll how you roll. lotta roller rink for us all.

Deadly cross. Id love to see bow she turns out. You running a journal?

no journal atm but I guess one of the two girls is worth revegging, it really seems to yield very good and smells like the GTH#1 mother (ghost OG dominant) with a little oily/woodiness from the Malawi, the other girl has even longer colas.. I´m gonna post pics here in this thread, if she pays off I´m gonna think about a report : )

these are taken today at day 60 12/12 from seed:

I've popped 3 seeds of my own orange kashmir crosssed to a special Chocolate cheese (rasperry leaning)

One was junk, here is the 2 at 5-6 weeks (pass 12/12) today :D

Sour Diesel x Cluster Bomb= Donkey Brains! 10 week flowering period around 8-10 oz if vegged for around 8 weeks. The seed I grew was more on the diesel side of the mix. Buzz was as good as it gets but the taste wasn't anything special. The yield was nice! Just not my favorite stuff tho. One of the main reasons I grew it for a few years is cause it cloned so easy. You could take the cutting with scissors and stick it rite in the dirt and all of them would take!

Lookin like I've switched up some of my plans.
I was going to start fall off with working some other lines into the BC clone only Black Tuna but am going to put that on hold for a couple cycles. Still in the works tho and will be popping Karma Biker Kush and Baked_Beanz working of Fruity Pebbles OG (f3) in efforts to find some standout males for studding the black tuna this winter some time.

also have been given the green light by Antenna Seeds to do some work with Purplelazerlite and I'll be popping beans in search of the perfect female/male combos for making an F2.
this will take me some time but am going to be taking it very seriously ;)

Nice project you got there tom, i hope i could enjoy a bit more OG yield!

But to be honest, i'm more of a "sour" fan! Eastern side? I don't know, but each time i score some. My lips beg for smacking s'more.

Maybe this year i'll stop say it, and finally pop my few turbo sour f2. In hope i can get a stud, i'll chuck it with everything around lol (purple kush and candy jack)

go with karma biker kush , karma knows how to bring fire . the fruity pebbles are over hyped in my opinion . theres another breeder using it for everything , beating a dead horse imo , also lol

I second the using of Karma gear for making seeds. I still regret culling the Karma's OG, and Karmdown males I had.

My goal with the Black Tuna workings is to try an bring some new terps and tastes to an already great plant. Also I want to start a cubing process to come back around to the black tuna using two separate lines as the first outcross. Black Tuna x Biker Kush is high on my list. I smoked some (biker V1) grown by a friend in Ontario last year who grew the from a pack of karma's seeds so know it was legit. I got sent a 1/2 oz of two knock out phenos and hope to find a male with similar zing to it. Black Tuna is great but if it can make it better.... well that would be a fun journey :D
