Hi OPO.
I appreciate the feedback and I do understand what you are saying.
Ive heard the same things about GHS and have grown their SLH.
It was very lemon and high in terps, but I didnt find a keeper in 1 pack. Im sure thats not a fair shake since it is only 1 pack. Maybe if I grew out more beans I may find something special, but that was the only GHS strain Ive ever run from them.

So basically, I just waisted the $$$ buying them?
I want that classic haze taste that gave Haze its name and distinction from all other strains in the first place.
I want to light a joint and say, "Now thats the Haze taste Ive been looking for!"

Hi OvergrowDaWorld :-Even you will find a keeper Lady from GHS it is 1: a big sin + every serious breeder(=realy breeder not this F1 fem M.....!!) will bann you if all life long!
+ if you buy GHS+STH gear ,-you support methods like monsanto do ,-but with the last old landraces,+ support with every seed you buy the genozid of the last landraces and bound the Landrace-Farmers to the fem seeds,=the same bad system as monsanto works

I dont like femmed seeds personally as much as regular seed...

Hi,-no it is nt the same to make fems as this bad things as monsanto does+ ve done + will do....-this means:-The MJ -Farmers at the countrys where MJ landraces nativ:-The take the best seeds for breeds and will give them fem-hybrides witch are more yielding in a shorter time + more potency ,-but this fields will allways ve more than enouth hermie -pollen for kill the rest of the nativ populations!!
+after the farmers ve to pay a lot of mony for the new fem-seeds!!=KARTELL=CRIMINAL-SYSTEM who can damage the specieas cannabis for the next generations of us humans!!

A bit of an extreme pov OPO but not wrong in the slightest. I do think there are plenty of breeders working with both males and females to preserve lines and breed new ones. The current laws have created a need for fem seeds and clone only's due to plant count limits. So people will opt for that elite cut or fem seeds to keep their numbers down and the odds of finding good finished product high. Selfing a plant can also be very useful in discovering the genes within that elite cut to determine its viability in outcrossing or backcrossing to stabilize specific traits. I have a few fem beans only because those lines were only available as a fem. Hawaiian Snow from GHS is one example. I do prefer standard seed from reputable breeders like mns or ace. The hunt for that killer pheno and discovering the differnt expressions along the way is half the fun of this hobby

Try Mr Nice for that classic haze you're looking for. I have The Doors and it's got that classic haze scent and taste, effect is strong and all in the head. NL5Haze, Neville's Haze, Mango Haze, Afghan Haze...you have a lot to choose from there. Good look in your hunt!

If you really want a long flowering sativa look through their Rock n Roll series. They have both Haze A & Haze C in their lineage.

I seem to recall Shanti saying to cross the Nevs with the Mango Haze for some real exotic hazes.

Future breeding for me is just a few main lines, mostly Ace stuff:

Golden Tiger x Thai
Golden Tiger x Guatemalan
Zamaldelica x Afghani

Got loads of other random crosses which I put less thought into but those are the ones that are going in my chamber, just started F2s of the Zamal cross and seeds from the Golden Tiger crosses should be done in a month or so.

Originally thought I'd use some of Classic Seed's IBL lines a few years back but didn't have great luck with his stuff although do have one of his Romulan IBLs running that will get hit with Golden Tiger (still young and not much of an opinion on it yet).

Sounds like a great mix to me, might have just landed on the future breeding plans list that mango haze produces some good looking plants, I'd be interested in growing it out with the nev's and doing some selective crosses

Wtf, him throwing pollen on a few plants isn't going to cause the destruction of genetics. Seems like you're doing a lot of fear mongering as I've seen you post similar in another thread and it comes across as, "You have to breed the exact 'right' way or you'll ruin it for everyone with what you're doing!!!"

Just recently had a male I felt sorry for and moved him to my bathroom windowsill. Once he let go of his pollen I used him to pollinate my micro PC SOG. Ended up with:

That should give me enough seeds for a long time.

Had a positive experience with Dinafem's Cheese.really nice plant and good strong smoke. Smelled like a skunky blue cheese. Hit the lady with The Doors and the Mango Kush pollen. Curious what comes out of those lines. I'd love to see how it mixes with Candyland x Apollo 11 Phatty...

Timewreck by TGA... the only 2 seeds did not pop.
Nothing else has been tried,but I gave out a lot of the Key Limes.It was most seeded.
It was my one and only pollen chucking project,and never again for me.

That's a bunch of bullshit. Some of the best clone onlys are believed to be from plants that have hermied and cause a few seeds. Just because a hermie caused the pollination doesn't mean the offspring will be hermaphrodites.
