I have 2 winners that I'm working with:

"Kubla Khan" (a very special frosty NYC sour diesel x the purple og18)

& my newest project "gumdog millionare" (chem dog x bubblegummer)
This plant has what I consider to be the perfect growth structure, ridgid stems, medium branching.

What's NYC sour Diesel?

I mean... Is it NYCD or is it Sour Diesel?
Or was NYCD crossed to a Sour Diesel?

Just wondering as I've not heard mention of the above before.

Gumdog Millionaire… I did Chem Dawg x Bubblegum a few years ago and just getting round to testing, I call it "Dawg Gummit"

I've got 2 Lilly moms from Original Delicatessen. One has a branch pollenated with MJP's Sugarberry F2's. The other ones branch is pollenated with Pie Face from Archive. The nose off of the Sugarberry and Lilly combo is what I'm most curious about.
I have no idea what to expect with the Lilly and Pie Face combo...
Gonna do a proper dusting of several different strains in the new year with those 2 sources.
This part of the hobby is quickly becoming the most rewarding to focus on. Thanks for all the inspiration you all have provided.
Happy Thursday everybody!!!

The cross I already made was a Super Silver Haze x Dj Short's Blueberry

I already found a keeper which I am about to dedicate an entire run to. This keeper pheno yields extremely dense, resin covered nuggets. The test clone yielded fairly well and was cut at 52 days. May be worth stretching it to 60 days this next run. She reeks of onions and rotten citrus. Cures to an overwhelming pine scent with an onion undertone and an earthy, skunky flavor. My goal is to take some time to find an extraordinary male or 2 from some of the beans I still have from then cross. I want to use the pollen to do a back cross to the keeper female.

I would also like to pollinate my bcbd hash plant. Great stocky indica that finishes in 8 weeks to an piney minty scent and a smoke that's great for pain. I'd love to see how a cross between the 2 would come out so its in my plans

I'd also love to cross her to another quality haze to keep it true to her line. Maybe a Nevilles Haze or another ghs haze.

Pictures to come

That kind of SSH / Haze x Blueberry cross has already been made and it's quite successful: it's called Blue Dream. So you are on to something there, especially if you find a pheno that is more manageable than BD

It's funny you mention that Castroman. I've never ran BD but friends of mine have and always complain about their end product. Everyone's stuff was always leaning on the haze end and with no real desireable traits. My cured buds look a lot like BD that I've sampled in Oregon, dense, frost covered nugs that have that very dark greenish/purple hue. These however don't have that very sweet smell and taste. It has a sweet undertone with that onion smell taking over. The taste is very unique and hard to describe now that it got a chance to cure. Kind of like peanut brittle sprinkled with Italian herbs and garlic

Soon going to play with some cross strain pollen chucking, done a few f2 runs but never crossbred strains, have a 1024 cutting I really like, very strong dense nuggets, I sort of failed this harvest really by having too compact a soil and too much heat, but still its grown strong and producing some beautiful weed.

The genetics are unknown to me as the company doesn't divulge, but a nice 30% indica 70% sativa, some people say they are just S1's of stolen cuts, but even in that case I enjoy genetic diversity and theres no better way of unleashing phenohell than breeding with an S1, other than what I intend to cross her with lol.

I have some 2009 erdpurt I was gifted from ebse(so long before any hermie issues), that I did some random pollination with to make f2s, I want to try and cross every male I get from the 10 seeds I have left with a different branch of the 1024mother,
while at the same time producing myself some erdpurt f3s, to maybe cross into the 1024 at a later date as I go on a pheno hunt in the erdf2x1024.

May even do a controlled pollination on the erdpurts so I have seed batches of every male with every female combination possible, see what males are encouraging extra purple in the erdpurt batches compared to others, and if possible refine it to maybe do a f3 / f4 cross with the 1024 or even maybe a plant I come to like from the erdf2x1024.

Goal is to find a similar bud structure to my mother on a slightly more indica plant, but with the purple, oh how we can dream, but he who dares.

Rambling but I love this side of weed, instead of refining for conformity, were seeding for inconsistency :D atleast some anyway lol

I'm not exactly sure what Lilly is but I'm happy you found a worthy stud from those Sugarberry seeds (Blueberry x (Genius x White Widow)).
Happy hunting through those beans. :tiphat:

chemdawg crosses

chemdawg crosses

Chemdawg S1
chemdawg x flowerbomb kush
Chemdawg x original amnesia
Chemdawg x c99

All feminized

Bred these last year or 2, have hundreds in the fridge. Every run since Ive ran a few chemdawg s1's in my line up. Dank as fuck , with the classic diesel smell and taste, it always reminds me heavily of sour diesel, way more so of the original chemdawg genetics I have.

My next project is to see if I can add a bit more potency to Mr Greengene's Cherry Bomb. I made about 50 or so Cherry Bomb seeds last year. I also had some Kali Mist X Burmese/Cherry Bomb that I got from another member. I took a female Kali x Burm/CB and crossed it to a CB male, giving me (Kali Mist x Burmese/CB) X CB. Making that cross a little over half CB. The Kali cross is more potent than the CB. I'm planning on using a (Kali x Burm/CB) x CB male on some selected Cherry Bomb Females to increase potency while retaining what makes the CB special.

Selections should be easy enough since I'm quite familiar with how the CB looks and grows, and the Kali cross is easy to identify.

I'm hoping to keep the CB taste and adding some kick from the Kali side.

I have enough beans of each to work with. If I can find a really good female CB I may consider a back cross somewhere, but I'm going to try doing this by selection alone.

In 2014 I grew out 3 packs of Face/Off OG BX2 and selected a male and female to make Face/Off OG IX1.
For 2016 I hope to find a male out of those seeds to make:
Face/Off OG IX2
UKOG: UK Cheese x Face/Off OG IX1
Cindy Kush: C99 x Face/Off OG IX1
Animal OG: Animal Cookies x Face/Off OG IX1
Sour OGK: Sour Bubble BX3 x Face/Off OG IX1
